A virtual account-linked card may be generated in response to a determination that a physical account-linked card has been forgotten at a card reader and ingested by the card reader. A virtual account-linked card may be restricted such that it can only be used to execute a transaction with authorized transaction partners identified in a database.

Abstract: In some implementations, a user device may obtain an input stream, wherein the input stream is obtained via a virtual keyboard provided by the user device. The user device may process the input stream to determine that the input stream includes particular information. The user device may cause, based on determining that the input stream includes the particular information, one or more security parameters associated with an account of a user of the user device to be modified.

Abstract: The disclosed embodiments provide systems, methods, and techniques for managing transaction cards. User registration processes, order processes, and failure detection processes for a secure universal shopping cart are provided. Systems and methods may acquire identifiers. Systems and methods may also identify items associated with the identifiers. In addition, systems and methods may acquire a list of merchants that offer each item. Systems and methods may further determine, for each identifier, merchants based on user preferences. Even further, systems and methods may generate a payment token for each item. Systems and methods may then transmit the payment token for each item to its respective merchant.

Abstract: Systems and computer-implemented methods disclosed herein relate to detecting errors in manually entered data. In one embodiment, the system can identify a named entity automatically from a conversation between a customer and service agent with a named entity recognition model that employs natural language processing and machine learning to detect a word or string of words in the conversation that corresponds to a named entity category. In another embodiment, the system can determine whether data entered into a field on a service platform by the service agent includes an error by comparing the data entered with the named entity. In another embodiment, the system can transmit an alert to the service agent through the service platform when there is a mismatch between the named entity and the data entered.

Abstract: A biometric heartrate authentication system and method is disclosed that leverages heartrate information collected by heartrate tracking devices to build a heartrate profile for a client. The system further leverages location information collected by existing location information services to determine an activity profile for a client. The activity profile information may be used together with the heartrate profile to generate an expected heartrate range against which a cardholder heartrate may be compared for authentication purposes. Because client heartrate characteristics are generally unique, varying according to the unique activities being performed by the client at any point in time, the system and method thus provide a low cost, non-invasive method for reliably authenticating individuals and securing against fraudulent account accesses.

Abstract: Multifactor authentication techniques described herein may allow a user to submit a recent proof of purchase as a part of a multifactor authentication process to access an account associated with a financial institution. As part of the login process, the user may submit a proof of purchase associated with a transaction. The financial institution may determine information associated with the transaction, such as a merchant associated with the proof of purchase, a time of the transaction, the last four numbers of the transaction card used, a dollar amount, or any combination thereof. If the information matches one or more records in the transaction history of the user's account, the financial institution may authenticate the user and provide access to the account. In this way, the financial institution may leverage transaction history known to the financial institution and the user to authenticate the user.

Abstract: In some implementations, a device may receive, from a terminal, an indication of a first card credential associated with a card that was provided to the terminal to initiate a first interaction, where the card is associated with the multiple card credentials, including the first card credential. The device may determine that the first card credential is valid based on at least one of: the first card credential having not been previously used for another interaction associated with the card, or a first amount of time, from a first time indicated by a first timestamp associated with the first card credential to a reception time of the first card credential, satisfying a validity threshold. The device may transmit, to the terminal, an indication that the card is approved for the first interaction based on the first card credential being determined to be valid.

Abstract: Disclosed herein are system, method, and computer program product embodiments for protecting user data privacy in a privacy zone around a user and a computing device displaying user data. A device can include a camera configured to capture a sequence of images in a location, such as in a privacy zone comprising an area around the device and a user of the device. A memory can be coupled to the camera to store the sequence of images. A monitoring device can be configured to determine, based on the sequence of images, whether an object is found in the location. In response to finding an object, the monitoring device can generate a control signal to cause the device to take an action to protect the user data privacy in the location such as a privacy zone.

The device may transmit an indication of the virtual credential, wherein the virtual credential is to be transmitted by a wearable device. The ATM may comprise at least one processor configured to execute the instructions to perform operations. The operations may comprise receiving identification information from the user. The operations may comprise receiving the card rotation input. The operations may comprise extracting a card rotation sequence from the card rotation input. When the card rotation sequence is within a predetermined threshold from a stored card rotation sequence corresponding to the identification information, the operations may comprise authenticating the user for an ATM operation.

Abstract: The exemplary embodiments may assist in determining whether a fraud dispute for a payment card transaction is valid or not. The exemplary embodiments enable an agent to access and scan customer messages to attempt to locate messages relating to a payment card transaction in dispute. The exemplary embodiments may process messages such as email messages, instant messages, text messages and the like. The agent may gain remote access to at least some of the customer messages and scan the messages. The scanned content may then be parsed and programmatically processed to locate any messages that are likely relevant to the payment card transaction that is in dispute. For example, the exemplary embodiments may look at messages and attempt to locate any messages that are order confirmation messages, shipping messages or the like for the payment card transaction.

Abstract: A method utilizing a permission-based access functionality to obtain communication identifying metadata in electronic communications associated with a first and/or a second user. The communication identifying metadata is processed to generate first physical address metadata associated with the second user. Second physical addresses metadata associated with the second user is identified in data objects stored in electronic resources. The first and the second physical addresses metadata are inputted into a machine learning model which identifies related physical addresses, based on a change in a feature of the first and/or second physical addresses metadata and to predict a most likely current physical address of the second user. Upon receipt of the access permission to the current physical address of the second user, a database stored on a computing device of the first user is updated with the current physical address of the second user.

Subsequently, the content can be rendered by the augmented reality glasses in a manner that extends the view beyond the web browser and physical display.

Abstract: A system and method for routing customers to an automated teller machine (ATM) is disclosed herein. A computing system receives, from a client device, a request to locate an ATM. The request includes a constraint of a desired ATM. The computing system identifies a plurality of ATMs proximate a location of the client device. The computing system pings the plurality of ATMs proximate the location of the client device to identify attributes associated with each respective ATM. The computing system receives the attributes from the plurality of ATMs proximate the location of the client device. The computing system compares the attributes from each respective ATM to historical ATM usage statistics associated with the client device. The computing system routes a user of the client device to a target ATM from the plurality of ATMs based at least partially on the historical ATM usage statistics.
