  • Patent number: 9706880
Abstract: A shaker assembly has a body with viewing panels on opposite sides. An agitator is viewable through the viewing panels. Agitators have printable panels or molded figurines which may be in shapes of corporate logos or names. Conically tapered springs have inner smaller ring-shaped ends connected an agitator and outer larger ring-shaped ends positioned away from the agitator. The printed panels or molded figurines are visible through the viewing panels when the shaker assembly is in motion or at rest. The lid has a smooth outer surface. A hinged cover rotates outward from the smooth outer surface to open a pouring spout in the lid. A carabiner clip rotates outward from the smooth outer surfaces of the lid and hinged cover. When closed and stored, the cover and the carabiner clip complete the smooth outer surfaces of the lid.

  • Patent number: 8684223
Abstract: A drinking glass has flutes inward from inside walls of an inner sleeve. Outer walls are curved. The flutes and curved outer walls form lenticular surfaces that distort images. The flutes provide precise alignment for multicolor printing on the outer wall of the inner sleeve. An outer sleeve is sealed to a top of the inner sleeve. A space between the sleeve is filled with fluid, sheets and objects.

  • Patent number: 6283605
Abstract: A beverage vessel or container comprises an optically transparent housing having a cylindrical portion extending between a top circular edge and a bottom circular edge. The bottom circular edge having an inner circular recess forming an inner circular shoulder. The housing having a circular dividing platform forming an upper compartment and a lower compartment. A base having a cylindrical base portion is provided. The cylindrical base portion having an upper circular edge. The upper circular edge engaging the inner circular recess and abutting the inner circular shoulder. The base having a circular base bottom parallel to the circular dividing platform and in a spaced apart planar relation from the bottom circular edge of the cylindrical portion of the housing, so that the volume of the lower compartment is increased. Within the lower compartment, a decorative, entertaining, or refreezable device may be included.

  • Patent number: 6116181
Abstract: A wood grain printed film showing strakes, rails, screws, plugs and caulk is affixed to the outside of fiberglass hulls to provide the appearance of a wood hull boat. The film is adhered to the gel coat by cross-linking to provide a unitary, rigid, resilient structure with impact and abrasion resistance for protecting the gel coat and the watertight integrity of the hull. One or more clear seal coats applied over the wood grain printed film provides a deeply varnished look and beauty of a classic wood boat. The print on the film is designed and printed in a printer which is controlled by the same computer software with which the hull is designed so that the printed film matches the structure of the boat. The printed film is applied to the exterior and interior of the hull and to decks, bulkheads and hatches throughout the boat to give the appearance of a finished wooden boat while providing the added protection of a tough, impact and abrasion resistant film which protects the boat structures.

  • Patent number: 5772065
Abstract: A shot glass is formed with a sloping, slightly tapered side wall. A curved cup bottom wall extends across the bottom of the shot glass and is spaced upward from the bottom edge of the shot glass side wall. The cup bottom wall has a thicker central portion and a thinner annular peripheral portion, and upper and lower surfaces of the cup bottom wall are formed with different radii of curvature. The bottom surface has a larger radius and the upper surface has a smaller surface for forming a lens. The base has a base wall and a peripheral side wall which extends upward from the base wall. A thin peripheral ring extends downward from outer edges of the base wall to form a foot. The cylindrical side wall of the base has a flat upper surface on which is formed an energy directing bead. The side wall of the base fits inside a bottom edge of the shot glass, and the energy directing bead contacts an inner step in the shot glass side wall slightly above the lower edge.
