  • Publication number: 20040211138
Abstract: A cast-in-place coupling (6) is positioned on concrete forms (2) by detachable attachment means (7, 10). The coupling (6) may have breakaway tabs (7) or may be frictionally engaged to a fitting (10) fastened to a form (2).
