  • Publication number: 20080223613
Abstract: A repositionable insulator housing for an angle connector formed from first and second housing sections that are joined together. Each housing section has an exterior surface and a base portion that includes an end wall, a pair of opposing side walls and a back wall. Each of the end walls and pairs of opposing side walls extend from the back walls to form open sides and open ends of the housing sections. When the two housing sections are joined together, the base sections form an enclosure with a pair of apertures in opposing walls. The two housing sections enclose an angle connector so that the open sides correspond and the first open ends form an opening in the housing. The pair of apertures are aligned and adapted to receive an elongated metal rod and the opening in the housing is adapted to receive a conductor.

  • Patent number: 7414221
Abstract: A memorialization wristband jewelry includes an elongated semi-flexible metal plate strip having an top surface and a lower surface and a paint material applied in a generally even layer to the top surface of the metal plate strip. A memorialization image is formed in the paint material, the memorialization image being formed by removal of specific selected areas of the paint material from the top surface of the metal plate strip and the metal plate strip is then formed into a generally arcuate shape which approximates the outer circumferential shape of the human wrist whereby the memorialization wristband is wearable on the wrist of a person.

  • Publication number: 20070269213
Abstract: A downstream baseline optical signal generated by a baseline optical link is combined with a second optical signal generated by an additional optical link to generate a broadband optical signal. A fiber optic network splits the broadband optical signal to a plurality of fiber drops. An optical network termination unit receives the broadband optical signal from the fiber drop and isolates the downstream baseline optical signal and the second downstream optical signal from the broadband optical signal. An upstream baseline optical signal may also be transmitted through the fiber drop by the optical termination unit. The optical termination unit does not effect baseline optical service to any other optical termination unit in the fiber optic network.

  • Publication number: 20060219582
Abstract: A pocket closure device for facilitating retention of and access to items placed in a pocket. Specifically, certain embodiments of the present invention comprise an elongate resilient member disposed along a pocket and attached to a front panel of the pocket and to an outer surface of a bag. The elongate resilient member acts to bias the front panel against the outer surface of the bag such that the panel may be quickly and effectively accessed in a single movement. The biased nature of the front panel of the pocket also enables quick and automatic closure of the pocket to secure pocket contents.

  • Publication number: 20060168761
Abstract: A locking handle device capable of securely engaging complementary handle components and preventing their disengagement except upon deliberate actuation of a release element. A release element may be integral with the base portions of the handle such that application of an inward force to opposing release elements may transfer a substantially vertical and transverse force to the locked handles, thereby effectively disengaging complementary handle components.

  • Publication number: 20050189245
Abstract: The present invention features a ergonomically designed and structured golf bag top and club separator. The golf bag top and club separator comprises a perimeter support member having integrally formed tiered sections both along its longitudinal and lateral axes, a wood complex, an iron complex located opposite from and offset below the wood complex, and a plurality of strategically placed dividers therein to provide vertical disposition and segregation of wood-type golf clubs. Through its unique design, the present invention provides vertical segregation of the wood complex, thus providing optimal positioning, travel, access, and retrieval of golf clubs inserted and housed therein, as well as providing added protection of the clubs from one another. The wood complex is vertically segregated and positioned proximate or distal the body of the user.

  • Patent number: 6034330
Abstract: A load insulator having an elongated, load bearing, electrically insulating body extending between and coupled to opposite metal lugs, for coupling the load insulator in a loaded line, has an electrically insulating cover formed on the outside of the body and extending over and completely covering each of the pair of metal lugs at the opposite ends of the body. The insulating cover, which is of integral, one-piece construction, and may be made of polyurethane, is formed within a mold during construction of the load insulator by leaving a void within the mold around the opposite metal lugs and the body before introducing plastic into the mold, to form the insulating cover. Covering each of the opposite metal lugs as well as the body with the insulating cover forces high voltage-produced currents through the inside of the load insulator by preventing current creep around and flashing over the outside of the insulator body.
