  • Publication number: 20240101095
Abstract: Described herein is a gas-liquid separating gas exchange device comprising a vent mechanism that services gas exchange between the interior and exterior of a housing, a shelter of the vent mechanism distal from the housing that provides shelter of a distal area around the vent mechanism, an area-encompassing abutment rising distally from the housing and encompassing both the vent mechanism and the shelter and creating a fluid-catchment junction between the shelter and the abutment, and at least one fluid-exchange passageway in the at least one shelter allowing fluid exchange between the distal sheltered area and the abutment into the fluid-catchment junction. The gas-liquid separating gas exchange device may separate gas and liquid by gravity, energy of vibration, air-pressure forces, or a combination thereof and facilitates expulsion of contaminating liquid and debris from the housing.

  • Publication number: 20220114289
Abstract: Computing machine(s) access an input image of footwear, the input image comprising a pixel or voxel based image. The computing machine(s) generate, based on the input image and using machine learning engines, a 3D (three-dimensional) CAD (computer-aided design) digital asset comprising a NURBS (non-uniform rational basis spline) model of the footwear. Generating the 3D CAD digital asset comprises: identifying, using a trained classification engine, a visual component of the footwear and iteratively fitting, for the visual component of the footwear, a spline using a trained reinforcement learning engine until the spline is within a predefined average distance from the visual component. The 3D CAD digital asset comprises the spline. The machine learning engines comprise the trained classification engine and the trained reinforcement learning engine. The computing machine(s) provide an output representing the 3D CAD digital asset.

  • Patent number: 11197628
Abstract: A device for simultaneously acquiring electrocardiogram (ECG) signals, impedance plethysmogram (IPG) signals, ballistocardiogram (BCG) signals, and weight measurements through feet of a user. The device includes an electrically-conductive surface for contacting feet of the user and supporting weight of the user during use. The device also includes one or more force sensors for detecting forces and force variations across the electrically-conductive surface, electronics for processing electrical signals generated and/or detected from the electrically conductive surface, signals from the set of force sensors, and a base containing the electronics. The base is structurally coupled to the electrically-conductive surface by a set of conductive fasteners that transmit signals from the electrically-conductive surface to the electronics. The device can also include an integrated display for providing health insights to the user.

  • Publication number: 20200042630
Abstract: The present invention provides a method and system for large-scale data loading including generating a data science model with at least one million data points. The method and system includes determining at least one native data resource having native data stored thereon and determining a size of the model data generated from the native data by translating a model query format of the data science model into a native query format of the native data resource. The method and system queries the native data resources using the data science model and receiving the model data, including transporting the model data to temporary data resources. The method and system engages the model data with the data science model and trains the data science model using the model data stored in the temporary data resources. Where the iterative training process requires multiple data-loading operations made possible under the present method and system.
