Abstract: The present disclosure relates to aggregating and sharing wellness data. The wellness data can be received by a user device from any number of sensors external or internal to the user device, from a user manually entering the wellness data, or from other users or entities. The user device can securely store the wellness data on the user device and transmit the wellness data to be stored on a remote database. A user of the device can share some or all of the wellness data with friends, relatives, caregivers, healthcare providers, or the like. The user device can further display a user's wellness data in an aggregated view of different types of wellness data. Wellness data of other users can also be viewed if authorizations from those users have been received.

Abstract: A method of doping a substrate may include exposing a substrate surface of the semiconductor substrate to a plasma clean, performing a deposition of a dopant layer on the substrate surface using a plasma source, after the plasma clean, the dopant layer comprising a dopant element; and exposing the substrate to an implant process when the dopant layer is disposed on the substrate surface, wherein the implant process introduces an ion species comprising the dopant element into the substrate, wherein the substrate is maintained under vacuum over a process duration spanning the plasma clean, the deposition of the dopant layer, and the implant process, and wherein at least a portion of the dopant layer is implanted into the substrate during the implant process.

Abstract: A method of method of treating a semiconductor substrate. The method may include, in a beamline ion implanter, exposing a substrate surface of the semiconductor substrate to a plasma clean and exposing the substrate surface to a hydrogen treatment from a plasma source. The method may further include, in the beamline ion implanter, exposing the substrate to an implant process after formation of the hydrogen passivation, wherein the substrate is maintained under vacuum over a process duration spanning the plasma clean, the hydrogen treatment, and the implant process.

Abstract: A system includes a computing platform having a hardware processor and a memory storing software code, a memory data structure storing memory features for an artificial intelligence interactive character (AIIC), and a trained machine learning (ML) model. The software code is executed to elicit, using the AIIC, a reminiscence from a user, predict, using the trained ML model and the reminiscence, one or more user memory feature(s) of the reminiscence, identify, using the memory data structure, one or more of the memory features for the AIIC as corresponding to the user memory feature(s), and determine, using the user memory feature(s), a mood modifier for a creative composition. The software code is further executed to produce, based on the mood modifier and the corresponding one or more of the plurality of memory features for the AIIC, the creative composition, and provide the creative composition to the AIIC.

Abstract: A system includes a computing platform having a hardware processor and a memory storing software code, a memory data structure storing memory features for an artificial intelligence interactive character (AIIC), and a trained machine learning (ML) model. The hardware processor executes the software code to receive interaction data describing a communication by a user with the AIIC, predict, using the trained ML model and the interaction data, at least one user memory feature(s) of the communication, and identify, using the memory data structure, one or more of the memory features for the AIIC as corresponding to the user memory feature(s). The software code also determines, using the user memory feature(s) and the corresponding one or more of the memory features for the AIIC, an interactive communication for execution by the AIIC in response to the communication by the user; and outputs the interactive communication to the AIIC.

Abstract: A label is provided for displaying product, marketing or other indicia or messaging on a container holder configured to secure a plurality of containers together. The label spans at least two clamp elements of the container holder to provide a platform for presenting the aforementioned indicia, and can be adhered to respective upper surfaces of those clamp elements. Abstract: An adhesive leaflet assembly is provided having a carrier web and a plurality of lengthwise oriented leaflet sub-assemblies releasably adhered on the web. The leaflet sub-assemblies have adhesive wing-like extensions that are oriented in a longitudinal direction relative to the carrier web. Longitudinal orientation of these wing-like extensions facilitates application of the leaflet sub-assemblies onto articles having a flat or planar surface in a high-speed continuous labeling operation. A method of providing a leaflet assembly, as well as a method for applying leaflet sub-assemblies are also provided.
