  • Patent number: 10867229
Abstract: A tank data storing and monitoring system and method have an RFID tag coupled to and associated with a tank. The RFID tag has a unique identity specified by a unique identifier stored electronically on the RFID tag. Also included are an internet-accessing computer and database. The database stores data unique to the tank having the RFID tag coupled thereto. An RFID reader coupled to the computer is used to read only the unique identifier of the RFID tag. The computer accesses the data unique to the tank stored on the database using the unique identifier.

  • Patent number: 10245997
Abstract: A radio frequency identification (RFID) tag positioning system includes a tag holder having a first region with a slot extending from an edge of the first region, and a second region extending from the first region. When an RFID tag having an antenna is disposed in the slot of the tag holder and when the tag holder is adapted to be retained adjacent a filling fixture of a gas tank with the second region adapted to be in contact with the gas tank so that the slot is approximately perpendicular to a longitudinal axis of the gas tank, the RFID tag's antenna is approximately perpendicular to the longitudinal axis of the gas tank.

  • Patent number: 10093218
Abstract: A tank support system includes a hollow open-top container having a contiguous sidewall region and a bottom region coupled to the sidewall region. A loop antenna is coupled to a portion of the container's sidewall region. A tuning circuit coupled to the loop antenna provides for adjustment of the loop antenna's electrical impedance. A radio frequency identification (RFID) reader is coupled to the tuning circuit.

  • Publication number: 20100037982
Abstract: A system is disclosed for filling bottles and other fluid holding vessels. In the system, a pressure transducer monitors fluid pressure within a conduit that communicates with fluid filled storage banks. Using a programmable logic controller, valves associated with the banks may be systematically opened to cause fluid to pass though the conduit and into a downstream bottle. As a particular bank has discharged and the downstream bottle is filled the rate of change in the pressure in the conduit will fall to zero. If the bottle has been filled before or upon equalization of the pressure, the fill operation may be discontinued. However, if the bottle is not filled, the controller may then cause the valve to close, and the either activate a compressor or open the valve of a second bank causing that bank to discharge into the conduit and continue filling the bottle.

  • Patent number: 5980382
Abstract: A crop harvesting combine having a body with a feeder house at its front end. The feeder house carries a detachable header which may be wider than the body and can thus be detached when moving the combine. The feeder house is vertically moveable in an arcuate path from a header ground contacting position to an elevated position. A first thrashing cylinder is in the header and a second thrashing cylinder is at the front of the combine body. The arcuate path of the feeder house has its center approximately at the rotational axis of the second thrashing cylinder so the distance between the axes of the first and second cylinders remains approximately constant as the feeder house is moved vertically. Downstream of the thrashing cylinder are a plurality of separation cylinders, at least some of which have concaves thereunder for reorienting elongate trash before being discharged.
