  • Patent number: 10413886
Abstract: The present invention relates to a catalyst comprising two layers on an inert catalyst carrier, wherein a layer A lying directly on the catalyst carrier contains at least one platinum group metal and one cerium/zirconium/SE mixed oxide, and a layer B, applied on layer A and in direct contact with the flow of exhaust gas, contains at least one platinum group metal and a cerium/zirconium/SE mixed oxide, wherein SE stands for a rare earth metal other than from cerium, characterized in that the fraction of SE oxide in the cerium/zirconium/SE mixed oxide of layer A is less than the fraction of SE oxide in the cerium/zirconium/SE mixed oxide of layer B.

  • Publication number: 20190264580
Abstract: The invention relates to a waste heat recovery system (3) for an internal combustion engine (1), having a working fluid circuit (19) with a condenser (31) that is also connected to a working fluid cooling circuit (34), and wherein the working fluid cooling circuit (34) has a cooler (35). The invention provides a waste heat recovery system (3) having a working fluid cooling circuit (34) which is improved in comparison to one design of a working fluid cooling circuit (34). This is achieved by the working fluid cooling circuit (34) having a cooler bypass (46). This configuration makes it generally possible for part of the coolant volume flow to be routed past the cooler (35). This is advantageous in particular at low temperatures since otherwise very low pressures arise in the working fluid cooling circuit (34).

  • Publication number: 20190259449
Abstract: Method and Apparatuses for transmitting and receiving commands for a semiconductor device are described. An example apparatus includes: a memory device including a plurality of banks, each bank including a plurality of memory cells; and a memory controller that transmits a first command and a plurality of address signals indicative of a memory cell in a first bank of the plurality of banks at a first time. The first command is indicative of performing a first memory operation, and a second memory operation different from the first memory operation. The memory device receives the first command and the plurality of address signals and further performs the second memory operation to the first bank responsive, at least a part, to the plurality, of address signals and the first command.

  • Patent number: 10202495
Abstract: The present invention relates to water-soluble modified lignins preparable by enzymatic reaction of at least one water-insoluble lignin with at least one organic compound which possesses at least one group selected from primary or secondary amino group, hydroxyl group and phenyl group and has an average molecular weight in the range from 75 to 2500 g/mol. The water-soluble modified lignins are preparable under mild conditions in a simple process. They can be used as dispersants for mineral binder compositions, where they act as plasticizers and in so doing prolong the setting time to much less of an extent than the water-insoluble lignins used in their preparation.

  • Publication number: 20180247380
Abstract: A social graph may be modeled as a collection of claims. Each claim is associated with an author, an audience, and an assertion about a fact. Probabilistic information may be collected from various sources for a claim, enabling a social networking system to evaluate a truthfulness of the assertion made in the claim. User-declared profile information may be evaluated as claims. A user, entity, or application may make claims about any assertions made in the social networking system. Reputation scores may be determined for users based on evaluations of their historical assertions. Claims may be evaluated for truthfulness using a probabilistic prediction model using heuristics analysis, regression analysis, and machine learning methods. A claims-based profile of users may be provided to viewers based on the contexts in which the claims were made. Viewers may view claims made about users, such as the users' biographical information, contact information, expertise, and interests.

  • Patent number: 9935772
Abstract: A system and method for servicing secure data object management aware applications using a cloud-based host environment and a local secure container. The cloud-based host environment creates a controlled digital object from a master digital object, and activates a tether associated with the controlled digital object. The tether includes an access permission, and optionally an operation permission (e.g., view, delete, store, edit, and copy) and a command (e.g., timeout, destroy). The controlled digital object is stored to an isolated storage of the secure container. The tether contents control access and manipulation of the controlled digital object. Certain conditions (e.g., timeout period reached, anomalous data access pattern detected), cause the controlled digital object to be destroyed and/or the tether to be inactivated.
