  • Patent number: 7146901
Abstract: A piston space (7) of the consumer (10) has two delivery lines (6, 8), such that when the consumer (10, 12, 13, 14) is not actuated, pressure medium flows continuously via the second delivery line (6) through the piston space (7) and into a pressure medium reservoir (2) to maintain a consumer (10, 12, 13, 14) in readiness for actuation and operate it with uniform pressure medium viscosity. Pressure medium is passed into the piston space (7) through both the first pressure medium delivery line (8) and the second pressure medium delivery line (6) to actuate the consumer (10, 12, 13, 14).

  • Patent number: 6131475
Abstract: The invention relates to a gear control system for a synchro-shuttle gear (1) or powershift gear (2) in particular in machines, comprising switching elements for a forward drive (SEV1, SEV2) or reverse drive (SER) and switching devices for actuating a shift valve (SV1) to select the direction of travel. A control valve (SV2) is provided between the switching elements for forward drive and reverse drive and the shift valve capable of being actuated by the switching devices to select the direction of travel, said control valve (SV2) can be actuated via a further switching device. The control valve can be used as a neutral-position or idling valve in a synchro-shuttle gear or as a reversing valve for the switching elements for forward drive in a powershift gear.

  • Patent number: 6029531
Abstract: A gear control system intended in particular for an electrically operated automatic transmission of layshaft design comprises the following elements: a hydraulic system with pressure lines; a pump (5) for generating a system pressure; a first pressure reduction valve (6) for adjusting the system pressure; and switching elements (1, 2, 3, 4) at least one of which takes the form of a higher gear (1) for forward drive, another takes the form of a lower gear (2) for forward drive, another takes the form of a switching element for reverse drive (3) and another takes the form of a clutch (4). The switching elements can be actuated by pressure via the pressure lines with pilot valves (10, 11, 12) and switching of one of the switching elements (1, 2, 3) or clutch (4) is defined by the switching position of the pilot valves (10, 11, 12) and of a multi-directional valve (16) connected upstream of the switching elements (1, 2, 3).

  • Patent number: 5996435
Abstract: An electrohydraulic control device for power shift gearboxes, in particular in construction machinery, has switching elements (SE1, SE2, SE3) which can be actuated by a system pressure from an external pressurized medium source (1). Shift valves (SV1, SV2, SV3) are provided between the pressurized medium source (1) and the switching elements (SE1, SE2, SE3) and can each be actuated by pilot pressure. Each of the switching elements (SE1, SE2, SE3) can be actuated in a defined switching state by at least two actuated shift valves (SV1, SV2, SV3) and at least one non-actuated shift valve.
