More particularly, the invention relates to polymer nanoparticles, such as reversible addition-fragmentation chain transfer (RAFT) polymer compositions, associated with polynucleotide barcodes, for therapeutic delivery, and for high throughput in vivo screening of drug delivery nanoparticles.
