    Abstract: A soft-sided utility bag having a hinged door-like end opening is provided, wherein a plurality of shelves can be used to divide the bag enclosure into two or more compartments. The shelves are supported by flexible suspension structures which can be easily displaced out of the way when not in use. The shelves can be conveniently stored within the bag when the full, undivided volume of the bag is needed. In some embodiments of the invention, the bag is collapsible for easy storage and/or transport.
