Abstract: A storage, retrieval and processing system for processing objects is disclosed. The storage, retrieval and processing system includes a plurality of storage bins providing storage of a plurality of objects, where the plurality of storage bins is in communication with a retrieval conveyance system, a programmable motion device in communication with the retrieval conveyance system for receiving the storage bins from the plurality of bins, where the programmable motion device includes an end effector for grasping and moving a selected object out of a selected storage bin, and a movable carriage for receiving the selected object from the end effector of the programmable motion device, and for carrying the selected object to one of a plurality of destination bins.

Abstract: Apparatuses, systems, and methods associated with an athletic trainer system for effective assessment of an athlete in real, or near real, time are disclosed herein. In embodiments, a sport marker may include wireless circuitry to establish a wireless connection with a mobile device and a processor coupled to the wireless circuitry. The processor may receive an indication of a location at which the sport marker is to be positioned, and cause instructions to be provided to a user to facilitate positioning of the sport marker at the location. Other embodiments may be described and/or claimed.

Abstract: An apparatus for bioprocessing includes a housing, a drawer receivable within the housing, the drawer including a plurality of sidewalls and a bottom defining a processing chamber, and a generally open top, the drawer being movable between a closed position in which the drawer is received within the housing, and an open position in which the drawer extends from the housing enabling access to the processing chamber through the open top, and at least one bed plate positioned within the processing chamber and configured to receive a bioreactor vessel.

Abstract: Disclosed herein are systems, apparatuses, methods, and non-transitory computer readable media related to display constructs that can be fixed or movable. The display constructs can be configured to facilitate media display at opposite sides. The display constructs may be is at least partially transparent and can be viewed therethrough. Various interactive capabilities with the display construct are disclosed, as well as various installation component and kits. Further disclosed are wireless chargers embedded in fixtures and/or real assets of a facility.

Abstract: Surgical instruments for interfacing with implants can include an inserter configured to dock to a unilateral portion of an implant. The inserter can include a control shaft that is configured to lock or unlock the inserter coupling with the implant. Actuation of the control shaft can occur by way of a knob that can control movement of the control shaft. The inserter can facilitate positioning of the implant relative to a surgical site and allow for application of counter-torque when imparting torque for tightening a set screw, etc. Additional instruments can also be used to manipulate the implant. For example, auxiliary instruments can be coupled to the inserter, such as a reducer instrument, to facilitate rod reduction, etc. Alternatively or in addition, a holder instrument can be used that has a threaded distal engagement feature for coupling to the implant to facilitate positioning thereof.

Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a cartridge for an aerosol delivery device such as a smoking article. The cartridge may include a base, a reservoir substrate, and an atomizer. The reservoir substrate may define a cavity therethrough. The atomizer may comprise a liquid transport element and a heating element extending at least partially about the liquid transport element. The atomizer may extend through the cavity through the reservoir substrate such that the heating element is positioned proximate an end of the reservoir substrate. Ends of the liquid transport element may extend to an opposing end of the reservoir substrate. A related method for assembling a cartridge for a smoking article is also provided.

Abstract: Embodiments include a bar for a chain saw that is equipped with one or more oil channels that run along the length of the bar. Each oil channel receives oil at a first end, which exits the oil channel at an oil exit aperture at a second end of the channel. The oil exit aperture of one of the channels is positioned along the side of a bar groove, through which runs the saw chain, proximate to the cutting area of the bar to lubricate the saw chain just prior to the cutting area. A second channel may have an oil exit aperture proximate to the nose of the bar, to lubricate a sprocket wheel in the nose of the bar.

Abstract: A vehicle includes a support structure. The vehicle also includes a side door operable to move relative to the support structure between an open position and a closed position. In the open position of the side door, access to a vehicle interior of the vehicle is provided. In the closed position of the side door, the side door extends across a longitudinal centerline of the vehicle. The vehicle further includes a plurality of pivot members, each pivotably coupled to the support structure at a first end and pivotably coupled to the side door at a second end. The side door is movable between the open and closed positions via pivotal movement of each of the plurality of pivot members relative to the support structure and pivotal movement of the side door relative to each of the plurality of pivot members.

Abstract: A battery pack assembly includes, among other things, a tray, a lid secured to the tray to provide an enclosure having an interior, at least one battery module disposed within the interior, a cross-member disposed within the interior adjacent to the at least one battery module, and a stanchion secured to the cross-member. The stanchion disposed entirely within the interior. The assembly further includes a fastener that extends through an opening in the lid to engage the stanchion.

Abstract: A foot orthotic having a foot support where the foot support includes a thermoplastic outer shell, a closed cell foam liner within the outer shell, and a tongue to secure the user's foot within the foot support. The orthotic also typically has includes a lower leg support that includes a thermoplastic outer shell, a closed cell foam liner within the outer shell, and a strap to secure the orthotic to the user's leg within the lower leg support. A cinching mechanism that typically has a rotatable tightening knob is on the lower leg support, and a tightening cable coupled to the rotatable tightening knob and operably connected to the foot support.

Abstract: Embodiments of systems and methods for user enrollment in speaker authentication and speaker identification systems are disclosed. In some embodiments, the enrollment process includes collecting speech samples that are examples of multiple speech types spoken by a user, computing a speech representation for each speech sample, and aggregating the example speech representations to form a robust overall representation or user voiceprint of the user's speech.

Abstract: A shingle coating asphalt composition is provided that is produced from a paving grade asphalt. The asphalt composition comprises a paving-grade asphalt that has been modified with one or more polymer additives; and a secondary additive comprising one or more of a viscosity reducing agent, a wax, a salt of a fatty acid ester, and an amide of a fatty acid. The shingle coating asphalt coating composition is used to make a shingle. The shingle includes a substrate, the asphalt, and roofing granules.

Abstract: An anti-cant indicator assembly, components thereof, and associated methods. The anti-cant indicator assembly indicates the orientation of a weapon with respect to vertical. The anti-cant indicator assembly includes a mount configured to mount to the weapon, a level including a vial containing a bubble and a pivot connection connecting the level to the mount. The pivot connection is configured to permit movement of the level with respect to the mount about the pivot connection between an operational position in which the bubble can be referenced by the user for indicating orientation of the weapon with respect to vertical, and a stowed position different from the operational position. The pivot connection can include a retainer configured to releasably retain the level in at least one of the operational position or the stowed position. The level can be selectively movable with respect to the mount to calibrate the anti-cant indicator.

Abstract: A system is provided for generating video content with hue-preservation in virtual production. The system comprises a memory for storing instructions and a processor configured to execute the instructions. Based on the executed instructions, the processor is further configured to control a saturation of scene linear data based on mapping of a first color gamut corresponding to a first encoding format of raw data to a second color gamut corresponding to a defined color space. The processor is further configured to determine a standard dynamic range (SDR) video content in the defined color space based on the scene linear data. Based on a scaling factor that is applied to three primary color values that describe the first color gamut, hue of the SDR video content is preserved.

Abstract: A computing system comprising a central processing unit (CPU), and memory coupled to the CPU and having stored therein instructions that, when executed by the computing system, cause the computing system to execute operations to generate a radiation treatment plan. The operations include accessing a minimum prescribed dose to be delivered into and across the target, determining a number of beams and directions of the beams, and determining a beam energy for each of the beams, wherein the number of beams, the directions of the beams, and the beam energy for each of the beams are determined such that the entire target receives the minimum prescribed dose. The operations further include prescribing a dose rate and optimizing dose rate constraints for FLASH therapy, and displaying a dose rate map of the FLASH therapy.

The knife includes an actuator movable in a deploying direction to spring the blade forward away from the stowed position toward the deployed position.

Abstract: A method of providing a workspace graphical user interface (GUI) for a user of a cloud-based content management platform includes providing the workspace GUI for the user via the cloud-based content management platform. The workspace GUI presents visual representations of documents stored on the user's cloud storage of the cloud-based content management platform and visual representations of workspaces created by the user. Each workspace includes a set of documents previously added to a respective workspace by the user and stored on the user's cloud storage. The method further includes receiving, via the workspace GUI, a user input with respect to a corresponding document stored on the user's cloud storage. The user input indicates a request to add the corresponding document to a particular workspace.
