Abstract: The invention is a vertical cable management system having a plurality of fanning guides and a plurality of cable management rings mounted to a frame. Additionally, the invention may include enclosures, fanning guide arrays, and cable management rings having a plurality of defined channels.

Abstract: A system for attaching an enclosure to a fiber optic rack is disclosed. The system includes at least one bracket having a mounting aperture pattern which at least partially matches the rack aperture patterns presently in use.

Abstract: The present invention is directed to an enclosure having an outer shell, an inner subassembly slid into the outer shell, and a retractable cover movable between open and closed positions. Connector access cut-outs are defined in the outer shell. Due to the retractable cover and the connector access cut-outs, full access to the connectors housed in the enclosure is provided. The retractable cover also provides protection for those same connectors when desired. Thus, even though the number of connectors and cabling may increase, the difficulty in accessing them does not. Further, since the height of the enclosure of the present invention is approximately 5¼″, a greater number of enclosures may be mounted on a standard rack.

Abstract: A compression failure resistant tamper evident bottle cap includes a skirt with a lower edge, and a tamper-evident band formed integrally with the skirt and having structure for engaging beneath a retaining flange on the bottle so as to prevent subsequent withdrawal of the band. Frangible bridges connect the band to the lower edge of the skirt. To prevent destruction of the bridges as the cap is forced onto the bottle during installation, the skirt has one or more tabs or the like, extending downward over a portion of the band, for preventing undue diametral expansion of the tamper evident band as it passes over the retaining flange.
