    Abstract: An exercise apparatus may include a swivel and one or more elongated members, such as ropes or cords, suspended from the swivel with a support, such as a bar, for the user suspended between either ends of a single elongated member, or between two elongated members. The height of the support can be adjusted by placing ends of the support bar in loops formed along the elongated member. Hand holds and foot holds may also be mounted on the loops. In addition, the support may be prevented from rotating along its longitudinal axis.

    Abstract: A mountable lock includes a lock body and a retaining member. The lock body is configured to be secured to an external structure by at least one fastening member. The lock body includes a lock interface movable from a locking condition to an unlocking condition in response to proper user manipulation of the lock interface. The retaining member includes a first end receivable in a first opening of the lock body and lockingly engageable with the lock body when the lock interface is in the locking condition, the first end being disengageable from the first opening when the lock interface is in the unlocking condition. The at least one fastening member is accessible through a passageway in the lock body that is blocked when the retaining member is in locking engagement with the lock body, thereby preventing disassembly of the lock body from the external structure.

    Abstract: A tire pressure indicator for coupling with a valve stem of a tire. The tire pressure indicator provides a first visual indication in the event that the tire pressure is below a first threshold limit and a second visual indication if the tire pressure is above a second threshold limit. The pressure indicator includes a dome shaped indicator and a dome shaped cover that is mounted over the indicator. The cover includes a plurality wedge shaped transparent viewing windows extending from near the top of the dome. The transparent viewing windows are separated by opaque portions. The indicator has a plurality of alternating wedge shaped areas of first and second colors extending from near the top of the dome to the lower peripheral edge of the indicator. The rotation of the indicator is related to the tire pressure. In one orientation of the indicator that occurs when the tire pressure is below a first predetermined limit, the first color is visible through the transparent viewing windows of the outer dome.
