  • Patent number: 10759094
Abstract: A binder material activating device to activate a binder material on a fibrous substrate, the binder material activating device including a heat exposing device to expose the fibrous substrate with the binder material to heat. The heat exposing device includes a non-focused light source to provide a non-focused light beam and an optics device to be arranged in between the fibrous substrate to be exposed to heat and the light source to focus the non-focused light beam onto the fibrous substrate. Further, a preforming device includes the binder material activating device.

  • Patent number: 9209660
Abstract: A particularly cost-effective electric-motor brake actuator which is useable in a highly flexible manner in respect of structural boundary conditions has an integrally formed cup which is equipped with a permanent magnet assembly and can be equipped with a separately manufactured, electromagnetic rotor assembly. In this manner, the equipment outlay is reduced as is the construction costs.
    Type: Grant

  • Patent number: 7918691
Abstract: In spite of the absence of a pullout fuse block, functional elements comprising simple socket-type connectors come into contact with an external cable in a mechanically and electrically reliable manner, when said cable has a rod-type or sword-type mating connector which engages directly in the connector by means of a radially protruding return baffle, in a sealed manner, through the rear of an opening in the wall of a housing. If, during the plug-in action, an injection-molded skin which first at least partially closes the opening is enlarged or perforated, the breaking edge nestling against the envelope surface of the mating connector in the plug-in direction provides another retraction block with additional sealing and vibration damping.

  • Patent number: 6013687
Abstract: Polyolefinic foam beads which can be processed over a wide temperature range to give molded articles where a ratio of the areas of low-temperature peak and high-temperature peak in the DSC curve during the first heating has a value of not more than 3, and where the heat of fusion of the secondary crystals is greater than 10 J/g.

  • Patent number: 5618478
Abstract: A process for producing a molding from prefoamed polyolefin particles, involving: shrinking the prefoamed polyolefin particles to a volume of from 30 to 95% of the prefoamed polyolefin particles original volume to provide shrunken particles; treating the shrunken particles at a temperature lying at least 20.degree. C. below the softening temperature of the shrunken particles, in an inert gas atmosphere under a gauge pressure of from 0.2 to 10 bar, for a time sufficient to provide expansion of the shrunken particles upon removal of the pressure; charging the particles into a mold with substantial maintenance of internal pressure of the particles; and foaming the particles, to provide moldings of very low density useful in applications such as packaging and soft upholstering in motor vehicle interiors.
