Abstract: An interface system includes a control, a projector, and a controller. The control has a substantially transparent main body. The projector is configured to project a plurality of control markings on the transparent main body. The controller is in communication with the projector. The controller is configured to cause the projector to project one of the plurality of control markings onto the main body, dependent upon a selection of a subsystem to be managed by the interface system.

Abstract: A device for controlling a plurality of electronic appliances is disclosed. The device includes a display, a processor and computer memory. The display presents a three-dimensional image. The processor is in communication with the display and the plurality of electronic appliances. The computer memory device is in communication with the processor and has a first control logic stored thereon. The first control logic is executable by the processor to form the three-dimensional image on the display. The image includes a plurality of facets having operational modes for controlling an operation of at least one of the plurality of electronic appliances.
