  • Patent number: 11996190
Abstract: The present disclosure relates to aggregating and sharing wellness data. The wellness data can be received by a user device from any number of sensors external or internal to the user device, from a user manually entering the wellness data, or from other users or entities. The user device can securely store the wellness data on the user device and transmit the wellness data to be stored on a remote database. A user of the device can share some or all of the wellness data with friends, relatives, caregivers, healthcare providers, or the like. The user device can further display a user's wellness data in an aggregated view of different types of wellness data. Wellness data of other users can also be viewed if authorizations from those users have been received.

  • Publication number: 20040112858
Abstract: The present invention is directed to a method for placing spacer uniformly and securely onto the substrate of a liquid crystal display element, comprising the steps of: (a) Preparing an UV [or thermal] curable resin containing spacer particles. (b) Dispersing certain amount of above spacer-resin mixture on a gravure cylinder with well finished designed cells to be used as the spacer-resin carrier. (c) Removing excess spacer-resin mixture and forced on spacer particle with resin into each hole by means of doctor knife. (d) Transferring individual spacer-resin onto a second smooth surfaced roller according to the designed pattern by means of contact. (e) Transferring individual patterned spacer-resin onto the surface of substrate of a liquid crystal display element from the second roller with any conventional coating methods. Likewise, the edge sealant for LCD can be placed by a similar method.

  • Patent number: 5370968
Abstract: Photocurable elements which are useful for preparing flexographic printing plates are provided which comprise a printing layer and a contiguous base layer, the printing layer comprising about 40 to 95 parts by weight of an elastomeric block copolymer, about 5 to 60 parts by weight of a second elastomeric polymer which is incompatible with the block copolymer, a photopolymerizable monomer, and a photoinitiator. The printing layer preferably also comprises an actinic radiation scattering and absorbing pigment. Also provided are relief printing plates prepared from the photocurable elements. The printing plates have a tack-free surface having excellent ink transfer properties, abrasion resistance, and solvent resistance. A high level of exposure latitude may also be provided in the photocurable elements of the invention.

  • Patent number: 4248960
Abstract: A relief producing laminate having an over-lamina comprised of an unsaturated natural-like rubber composition characterized by relief differentiation in response to patterned radiation exposure and an under-lamina comprised of a resilient composition and adhered to the over-lamina. The term "natural-like rubber" as used herein includes both natural and synthetic rubbers which exhibit creep as a result of stress relaxation after being cast or formed. The over-lamina is preferably a butadiene homopolymer or copolymer resin composition, more preferably a halogenated butadiene composition and most preferably a neoprene composition. The composition preferably includes a thiol, a monomer and a photoinitiator. The under-lamina composition may be a woven textile or a polymer and is preferably a monoalkenyl aromatic-diene block copolymer resin composition. It is preferably radiation cured and preferably includes a monomer and a photoinitiator.
