    Abstract: A lifting system for raising a vehicle having a plurality of wheels. The system comprises: (a) one or more jacks capable of being extended and retracted, each jack being attached to the underside of the vehicle proximate to one of the wheels; and (b) a control device capable of independently controlling the extension and retraction of each of the jacks. Also disclosed is a method for lifting a vehicle.
