Abstract: The invention is to social media marketing, which refers to the process of gaining attention through social media sites. Corporate messages spreading from user to user resonate better because they come from a more trusted, third-party source, as opposed to the brand owner or organization itself. This form of marketing is driven by “online word-of-mouth,” meaning that it results from “earned” media rather than paid media. The present invention is to an architecture of integrated software-as-a-service platform that converts word of mouth into a mass marketing medium. As such, it has visibility across large audiences in a way similar to what newspapers, radio and television achieve.
