  • Patent number: 11922314
Abstract: Methods and apparatuses that generate a simulation object for a physical system are described. The simulation object includes a trained computing structure to determine future output data of the physical system in real time. The computing structure is trained with a plurality of input units and one or more output units. The plurality of input units include regular input units to receive input data and output data of the physical system. The output units include one or more regular output units to predict a dynamic rate of change of the input data over a period of time. The input data and output data of the physical system are obtained for training the computing structure. The input data represent a dynamic input excitation to the physical system over the period of time. And the output data represents a dynamic output response of the physical system to the dynamic input excitation over the period of time.

  • Patent number: 11887737
Abstract: A system and method of modeling flow of a vasculature in near real-time, is described. A vessel segment of the vasculature is modeled by a reduced order model, and a remainder of the vasculature is modeled by a 0D model. The reduced order model is generated using boundary conditions generated by a 0D model of the entire vasculature. Moreover, the reduced order model of the vessel segment and the 0D model of the remainder of the vasculature can be coupled to simulate flow that can be compared to actual flow measurements to personalize the 0D model of the remainder of the vasculature for a patient. Accordingly, a physician can update parameters of the personalized vascular system model to predict the effects of treatment protocols, including exercise or therapeutic substances, on the patient. Other embodiments are also described and claimed.

  • Publication number: 20220405440
Abstract: Systems and methods for generating reduced order models are provided herein. In embodiments, a set of learning points is identified in a parametric space. A 3D physical solver may be used to perform a simulation for each learning point in the set of learning points to generate a learning data set, where the 3D physical solver is selected from a plurality of compatible 3D physical solvers for simulating different physical aspects of a product or process. The learning data set may be compressed to reduce the learning data set to a smaller set of vectors. Coefficients from the learning data set and the smaller set of vectors may then be used to interpolate a set of coefficients within a design space for the reduced order model.

  • Publication number: 20070003791
Abstract: The present invention relates to a stone like laminate that comprises a support layer made from a cementious matrix board and a surface layer. The surface layer comprises a high percentage of particles from an inorganic material such as stone particles and a low percentage of a resin, such as a polyester resin. The stone like laminate of the present invention can be produced at low cost and provides a aesthetic laminate that is highly resistant to heat, water and pressure.

  • Patent number: 5206623
Abstract: An electrical resistor which is fabricated from traces of resistive material on a substrate of insulating material. The traces are interconnected electrically in series by first links and in parallel by second alternating links, which are connected to different terminals on the substrate. The second links are cut, preferably by laser trimming, so as to select the value of resistance of the resistor by reducing the number of traces connected in parallel and increasing the number of traces connected in series. Where the resistance of each trace is "R", the value of the resistance is adjustable by severing the second links from R/n to nR, where n is the number of traces.
