  • Patent number: 9546371
Abstract: The present invention concerns a chimeric polypeptide comprising several polypeptide domains, which is capable of being secreted in association with membrane vesicles and in particular exosomes. The present invention also concerns a polypeptide constituted by one of said domains for the secretion of a peptide or polypeptide of interest in association with membrane vesicles and in particular exosomes. The invention also concerns the use of polypeptides of the invention and of polynucleotides coding for said polypeptides for the production of immunogenic compositions based on exosomes or based on DNA or for screening protein interactions.

  • Publication number: 20150216468
Abstract: A method, system and computer readable medium for detecting creativity in real-time are disclosed. The method includes sensing electrical activity along a scalp of a subject during a learning phase, the learning phase including presenting to the subject one or more tasks configured to generate electrical activity corresponding to cortical events that are likely to correspond to a creative type experience and cortical events that are likely to correspond to a non-creative type experience. Features from the electrical activity obtained during the learning phase are extracted to create a brainwave profile for the subject. Real-time electrical activity along the scalp of the subject is sensed during a performance of one or more real-time tasks, and the electrical activity of the subject is compared to previously recorded electrical activity using the brainwave profile for the subject to classify the electrical activity obtained during the performance of the one or more real-time.

  • Publication number: 20020055463
Abstract: The invention concerns a compound corresponding to general formula (1) wherein, in particular, R2 represents a phenylmethyl or naphthylmethyl or cyclohexylmethyl radical, 2- and 3-pryidinylmethyl, substituted on the cycle in meta or para position by an acid group or an alkyl radical of the type (CH2)n (with n=3 or 4) substituted in terminal position by an acid group; and R3 represents a hydrogen group or a linear or branched C1-C4 alkyl or alkylcycloalkyl with a C3-C6 cycloalkyl. The invention also concerns the use of a compound of general formula (I) for preparing a pharmaceutical composition for treating diseases related to proliferative processes, cancers and/or metastases.

  • Patent number: 4476106
Abstract: A process for the preparation of a fatty acid tagged with radioactive iodine, wherein a brominated or iodized fatty acid is reacted, preferably in the omega position, with radioactive iodide in the dry state or with an aqueous solution of radioactive iodide, in the presence of vehicling iodide, to exchange the bromine or iodine of such fatty acid for radioactive iodine.Application to use as radio-pharmaceutical products for studying cardiac metabolism troubles in human beings by scintigraphy.
