    Abstract: Systems, methods, and apparatus related to unity buffers in memory devices. In one approach, a memory device includes memory arrays having memory cells. The memory device includes access lines to access the memory cells. The memory device includes unity buffers to drive the access line loads. Each buffer has an output current limiter that limits current flow when driving a voltage on the access lines. By limiting the current, the current limiter provides improved frequency response and operating stability for the buffer without the need for a compensation net.

    Abstract: A throttle valve for adjusting the feeding of a gas to a fuel cell, which includes: a valve body, divided into a first and a second portion; a gas feeding duct obtained in the first portion; a throttle plate arranged in the feeding duct; a shaft which is rotatably mounted in the first portion and supports the throttle plate; and an actuator which is mounted in the second portion and is configured to rotate the shaft. The throttle valve further comprises a magnetic joint, which transmits the motion from the actuator to the shaft and is divided into a first half coupled to the shaft, and a second half facing the first half and coupled to the actuator. The throttle valve also includes an insulating wall which insulates the first partition, in a pneumatically sealed manner, from the second portion of the valve body and is arranged between the two halves of the magnetic joint.

    Abstract: A throttle body or actuator for an engine, comprising a main body which defines at least one supply duct having a through lumen for a gas mixture, a choke valve placed inside said supply duct so as to modify said through lumen. The choke valve is provided with an occluding body connected to a control shaft, at least partially housed in a seat in the main body. The control shaft, inside the seat and on the side of the occluding body, is provided with a first gasket adapted to prevent the penetration of dirt and gas from the supply duct. Downstream of the first gasket, on the side of the control shaft, at least one vent is provided, adapted to allow the expulsion, outside the seat, of any gas which has leaked through the first gasket.
