Publication number: 20240152858Abstract: In general, the present disclosure describes inventory management systems and methods which track all inventory of items within a retail supply chain. A computerized system aggregates inventory movement events to produce a common source of truth for the location and disposition of items within a supply chain. Order events and inventory events are received from multiple data sources. Additionally, a current inventory level for each item at each location within the supply chain is provided according to the data source. The computerized system normalizes the information in the event messages before it is stored in the centralized inventory database. The inventory information in the database can be accessed by multiple consumers through an API to obtain the most up-to-date information about the disposition and location of an item.Type: ApplicationFiled: January 17, 2024Publication date: May 9, 2024Applicant: Target Brands, Inc.Inventors: Andrew Abrahamson, Jon Dejong, Joshua Allen Reed, Joshua Wing, Matthew Michael Anderson, Michelle Lyn Fuller

Patent number: 11977934Abstract: Automation solutions for event logging and debugging on KUBERNETES are disclosed. A system for providing no-instrumentation telemetry for a distributed application cluster includes at least one processor for executing computer-executable instructions stored in a memory. The instructions, when executed, instruct the at least one processor to provide an edge module configured to deploy a Berkeley Packet Filter (BPF) probe and a corresponding BPF program in the computing environment. The BPF probe is triggered based on an event associated with a distributed application running in a user space of the computing environment. Data associated with the event is captured in a kernel space of the computing environment via the BPF program. The captured data is transferred from the kernel space of the computing environment to the user space of the computing environment.Type: GrantFiled: November 12, 2021Date of Patent: May 7, 2024Assignee: New Relic, Inc.Inventors: Zain Mohamed Asgar, Omid Jalal Azizi, James Michael Bartlett, Ruizhe Cheng, Phillip Kuznetsov, Ishan Mukherjee, Michelle Aimi Nguyen, Natalie Grace Serrino, Yaxiong Zhao

Patent number: 11949707Abstract: Isolating suspicious email links is described. An email security service receives an email that includes a link that refers to an external resource. A first suspicious link determination is performed to determine whether the link is suspicious. If the link is suspicious, the link is rewritten to refer to the email security and the email is delivered to the recipient. A request from a client device is received responsive to the link being opened. A second suspicious link determination is performed to determine whether the link is suspicious. If the link is suspicious, an interstitial page is transmitted to the client device that includes an option that, when selected, causes the first link to be opened in a remote browser isolation session.Type: GrantFiled: July 28, 2023Date of Patent: April 2, 2024Assignee: CLOUDFARE, INC.Inventors: Philip Syme, Michelle Chen, Jeremy Michael Eckman, Michael J. Patent number: 11913048Abstract: Methods for the production of L-glufosinate (also known as phosphinothricin or (S)-2-amino-4-(hydroxy(methyl)phosphonoyl)butanoic acid) are provided. The methods comprise a two-step process. The first step involves the oxidative deamination of D-glufosinate to PPO (2-oxo-4-(hydroxy(methyl)phosphinoyl)butyric acid). The second step involves the specific amination of PPO to L-glufosinate, using an amine group from one or more amine donors. By combining these two reactions, the proportion of L-glufosinate in a mixture of L-glufosinate and D-glufosinate can be substantially increased.Type: GrantFiled: March 6, 2023Date of Patent: February 27, 2024Assignee: BASF SEInventors: Brian Michael Green, Michelle Lorraine Gradley

Publication number: 20150234801Abstract: A computer-implemented development process of a software solution includes providing a user input screen to accept a description about a portion of a software solution and to allow creation of an associated work object relating to completion of an invention submission about a potentially patentable idea within the description. Concurrent with creating the work object, or at some later time, the process can also include generating an invention disclosure form related to the potentially patentable idea and transmitting the invention disclosure form to an invention submission process.Type: ApplicationFiled: February 18, 2014Publication date: August 20, 2015Applicant: CA, Inc.Inventors: Michelle Michaels, Christopher Herbst

Patent number: 7945035Abstract: A telecommunications system includes a telephone routing system; and a presence database manager unit operably coupled to the routing system and adapted to maintain one or more watcher lists of registered users. The routing system is adapted to receive phone calls and provide an indication to the presence database manager unit whether the phone calls originate from registered users. The presence database manager unit is adapted to determine if such a user has a watcher list and transmit an indication to parties associated with the watcher list that said user is present.Type: GrantFiled: February 28, 2003Date of Patent: May 17, 2011Assignee: Siemens Enterprise Communications, Inc.Inventors: Michelle Michael, Randy Wuerfel, Jeffrey Blohm
