The system and method include receiving a content package generated based on data associated with an organization, the content package including a plurality of menu items, a concierge item, and a plurality of content items; displaying the concierge item and the plurality of menu items within a first region of a screen; displaying, based on the content package, a first content item of the plurality of content items within a second region of the screen; detecting, by a billboard computing, an interaction with the concierge item displayed on the screen; and morphing, responsive to detecting the interaction with the concierge item and based on the content package, the concierge item from a first display format to a second display format different from the first display format.
