  • Patent number: 8314522
Abstract: A printed circuit board (PCB), in particular for an electric motor, has two opposite main surfaces with at least one main surface carrying electrical components. A plurality of outer end faces extend between the two opposite main surfaces. One of the outer end faces is provided with a metallization that is connected to a ground conductor on the PCB.
    Type: Grant
    Filed: March 7, 2007
Date of Patent: November 20, 2012
    Assignee: Inteva Products France SAS

  • Patent number: 7122915
Abstract: A control for a window lifter of a motor vehicle includes a sensor in the form of a physical matrix having a pressure sensitive surface. The control also includes keys that define a pressure point. When pressed, the keys influence the pressure sensitive surface. The keys can be fixed to the sensor or can be connected to a support against which the sensor is fixed. The control can easily be reconfigured for different keys without modifying the sensor.

  • Patent number: 7067794
Abstract: A vehicle door includes an openable window and a detector with a charge-coupled device sensor. The sensor detects the light distribution proximate to a closing line of the window. If an obstruction is present, the light distribution received by the sensor varies. The light distribution received by sensor is compared with a reference distribution to detect if an obstruction is present. If an obstruction is detected, movement of the window is stopped, allowing any obstruction in the path of the window.

  • Publication number: 20060082246
Abstract: A geared motor includes a control board for controlling the geared motor and a brush holder in electrical contact with the control board. The brush holder locks the control board in the geared motor. The assembly of the geared motor is facilitated, reducing the assembly costs.

  • Publication number: 20060035491
Abstract: A geared motor used for operating a vehicle window regulator includes a housing and a connector receptacle capable of receiving a control connector for the geared motor. The connector receptacle is integrated into and projects from the housing. A printed circuit board with an electronic control unit for the geared motor is within the housing and extends in a direction of the rotor. Pins are electrically connected to the printed circuit board and are capable of being connected directly to the control connector for the geared motor.

  • Publication number: 20050264972
Abstract: A device for electrically controlling the switching of an apparatus, such as a DC motor of a vehicle window regulator controlled by an electromechanical relay, includes the electromechanical relay to actuate the switching of a switch of the apparatus and a microcontroller that controls the relay. The microcontroller periodically measures a voltage at terminals of the apparatus and delays actuation of the relay to open the switch when a voltage spike at the terminals of the apparatus during operation is above a predetermined threshold value.

  • Publication number: 20040236478
Abstract: A vehicle includes two power-driven moving openable members, such as windows, on the same side of the vehicle and a single obstruction sensor or detector for both of the openable members. The same obstruction sensor or detector detects an obstruction present on the path of either of the moving openable members, reducing the cost of installing a system that protects against trapping objects or obstructions, such as a hand or fingers.
