    Abstract: A manufacturing assembly line for producing an article including a first spray coating station for applying a plastic spray coating to an existing wooden pallet, a second grinding or pulverizing station for reducing the coated article into finely ground particles of a uniform dimension, and a third heating station for converting the mixture into a molten or flowable state. The assembly line further includes a fourth extruder station for forcing the mixture at pressure through an extruder die aperture of a selected cross sectional configured extruder, and so that the mixture is reformed as an elongated article and a fifth cutting station for sectioning the extruded article into selected lengths for subsequent attachment or securernent into a desired configuration.

    Abstract: The present invention discloses a process for recycling and repurposing a scrap material into a stock reusable material, including the steps of providing a scrap material, mechanically reducing the scrap material into a desired particulate size, mixing the particulate with a plasticized based syrup, and reforming the homogenous mixture into a repurposed article. The step of processing impurities from the scrap material is further conducted to achieve a desired purity and the mixture can be formed into any of a powder, pellet, sheet preform or extrusion. Additional steps include any of injection molding, compression molding, thermoforming, slush, transfer or rotational molding operations. Separately, the mixture can be reformed using an extrusion operation.

    Abstract: The present invention discloses an assembly for spray coating a plasticized skin onto a three dimensional template surface configured within a one piece template body. A transfer mechanism includes at least one gripping arm terminating in a body exhibiting a template surface. A first spray station applies a plastic skin coating to the template surface, with a second trimming operation to which the body is communicated in order to remove the plastic skin coating from the body and to finish the skin. The gripping arms are typically incorporated into a transfer mechanism further includes first and second pairs of telescoping arms extending in opposite directions from a rotatable turret, the body further including first and second bodies secured to extending ends of the pairs of arms.

At least one of the spherical and recess shaped components exhibits a plurality of interior entrapment chambers, each of which including a narrow-most entranceway location communicating with the wear surface. The entrapment chambers further exhibit outwardly widening capture profiles extending within the associated component for securing volumes of the microscopic particles away from a zone defined between the wear surfaces.

    Abstract: A medicinal delivery device adapted to being applied to a surface of an internal organ and exhibiting a three dimensional shaped body with an outer shell and an inner medicinal composition which is released through an underside of the body in either of a dissolving or time release fashion. In one variant, a small plurality (typically between three and a dozen) of engagement prongs are integrally formed with the three dimensional shell and extend from its underside in order to secure the body to the organ. A related variant combines the delivery device with an implantation tool having forward end located gripping fingers actuated by a trigger to engage outer perimeter locations of the delivery device body. Upon location of the body in engaging contact with the organ, the fingers are reverse actuated to release the body during in situ implantation.

    Abstract: A three dimensional shaped article formed from a grounded or pulverized wood and plasticized matrix, extruded into elongated sections, and post assembled to form a body. The body in a desired application further includes a pallet shaped article adapted to provide increased load bearing capabilities for a cargo placed upon the body. A corresponding method for creating an extruded product includes the steps of applying a plasticized coating to an existing wooden or other cellulose based article and grinding or pulverized the article into finely ground particles of a suitable and uniform dimension.
