Abstract: A cooking oven controlled by an included retail-grade control device having a capacitive glass touchscreen and running a specialized cooking and controlling app, such as an Android tablet. A cooling system for the oven provides a reverse air flow cooling system that pulls air in from the top front of the oven rather than pushing it out. A single cooling fan provides adequate cooling to the control device, as well as providing cooling to a front door of the oven and also convective flow through the heating chamber. The control device is mounted in an upper control bezel which has a series of lateral air intake openings on a rear wall. The cooling fan actively cools the control device by pulling air into the intake openings and through a lower exhaust opening.

The baffle includes upper vents, lower vents and side vents that direct air from a fan into the cooking chamber of the convection oven. Left and right conduits are disposed around the fan that collect the air and direct the air to the upper and lower vents. The left and right conduits and locations of the upper and lower vents are configured to produce an even distribution of cooking temperatures throughout the cooking chamber.

Abstract: An Android app controlled cooking oven is disclosed. The cooking oven includes a cooking chamber with temperature sensors and a heating assembly and a display panel spanning a majority of the width of the oven. A touch screen assembly is centered behind the display panel. An Android board including a cooking and controlling app and running a version of the Android operating system is included in the oven. The oven user controls the oven using the cooking and controlling app. The app assists the user in cooking and may send alerts to the user's mobile device about the status of the oven. The oven provides the user the ability to download other apps. This in turn allows the user the ability to listen to music, watch a video, access the Internet, send email and perform other actions using the oven.

It relates to a detergent tablet comprising at least 2 discrete regions and 0.05% to 10% by weight of the detergent tablet, of a perfume particle comprising a porous carrier material and a perfume contained in the pores of said porous carrier material; wherein the perfume particle is comprised at a greater concentration in one region of the tablet than in another region thereof.
