  • Patent number: 10805922
Abstract: The disclosure relates to transmitting a sequence of sets of data, from a communication device to an access point of a wireless communication network, through at least one radio communication channel to improve radio communication quality to cope with environmental condition changes and/or location changes of the communication device and/or changes of usage of the communication device in terms of mobility. For each set of data, a value of at least one parameter to be used by the communication device for transmission is determined by selecting, in a list of predetermined values of parameters, a corresponding value. The number of occurrences of each predetermined value is determined according to a probability that the selection leads to a transmission of data with at least one quality criteria fulfilling at least one predefined condition. Each set of data is then transmitted according to the value of said at least one parameter.

  • Publication number: 20150244413
Abstract: The invention discloses a method and device for cancelling, from a radio signal received by the radio device in a first frequency band, the interference generated through a nonlinearity of the radio device when the radio device transmits a radio signal on at least a second frequency band simultaneously with the received radio signal, the at least one second frequency band being different from the first frequency band, the transmitted radio signal being obtained from digital signal.

  • Patent number: 7151473
Abstract: A receiver 100 is provided. The receiver 100 comprises an in-phase analog-to-digital converter 112 operable to detect a saturation condition of the in-phase analog-to-digital converter 112 and to adjust the amplitude of a in-phase signal processed by the in-phase analog-to-digital converter 112 to remove the in-phase analog-to-digital converter 112 from the saturation condition and a in-phase digital filter 114 operable to adjust a gain applied to a digital input to the in-phase digital filter 114 from the in-phase analog-to-digital converter 112, the adjustment of the gain substantially inversely proportional to the adjustment of the amplitude of the in-phase signal processed by the in-phase analog-to-digital converter 112. In an embodiment, the receiver 100 also comprises a quadrature path that is substantially similar to the in-phase path, and the in-phase path and the quadrature path comprise a direct conversion receiver.
