  • Publication number: 20240067504
Abstract: This invention relates to a method of monitoring assembly of an elevator, comprising prefabricating a plurality of hoistway sections each hoistway section having a hoistway space, transporting the hoistway sections to a building site, and lifting the hoistway sections at the building site on top of each other. In order to facilitate fast and reliable assembly, a hoistway section is provided during prefabrication with a sensor device having a transmitter which is activating during prefabrication to transmit sensor data via to a data storage storing the transmitted sensor data in a memory. The sensor data is monitored, and transmission of a message to a predetermined recipient is triggered when the sensor data fulfills at least one predetermined criterion defined in an assembly plan.

  • Publication number: 20220412950
Abstract: A method is disclosed for measuring a sample, in which the sample to be analysed is measured using a measuring device in connection with a development of a measurement of the sample. On the basis of the measurement, information concerning an usability of the measurement and/or an analysis result is formed in connection with a development of a measurement of the sample using a calibration comprising a set of criteria and the corresponding information is reported.

  • Publication number: 20220048027
Abstract: A sample handling device includes a reservoir for holding a fluid medium. A channel system used in connection with the reservoir includes a dilution portion for a sample to be analyzed with a measurement device. The sample is arranged to be transferred from the dilution portion to the measurement device by the fluid medium. A set of capillary channels in the dilution portion is arranged to be filled by capillary action to collect an established quantity of the sample to be diluted by the fluid medium. A pump transfers the fluid medium from the reservoir to the channel system. The pump includes at least one plunger, a seal separating the reservoir and the channel system and a delivery system of potential energy including a compressible element configured to provide repeatable transfer of the fluid medium from the reservoir to the channel system.

  • Patent number: 6995021
Abstract: A method and apparatus for the qualitative and quantitative detection of analytes is disclosed in which in the detection of an analyte in a sample, an elongated migration base is used, in which there is an area for binding a magnetically marked analyte, and in which, in stages the sample is absorbed into the migration base and the sample spreads on the migration base into the area. The elongated migration base is arranged in connection with a coil and a change in inductance, correlating with the content of the magnetically marked analyte, is detected.
