  • Publication number: 20110154945
Abstract: A double-clutch transmission (DCT) includes, but is not limited to an inner input shaft inside an outer input shaft. A first clutch disc and a second clutch disc of the DCT are connected to the two input shafts respectively. Pinions are fixed onto three parallel layshafts of the DCT respectively. The gearwheels on the layshafts include, but are not limited to seven gearwheel groups. Each of the gearwheel group includes, but is not limited to a fixed gearwheel that meshes with an idler gearwheel. A fourth fixed gearwheel on the outer input shaft meshes with the fourth gear idler gearwheel and the sixth gear idler gearwheel. In particular, a fifth fixed gearwheel on the inner input shaft meshes with a fifth gear idler gearwheel and the seventh gear idler gearwheel. The gearwheels further includes, but is not limited to a reverse gearwheel group that includes, but is not limited to a fixed gearwheel on one of the input shafts, meshing with a reverse gear idler gearwheelon one of the layshafts.

  • Publication number: 20110146444
Abstract: A double-clutch transmission includes, but is not limited to an inner input shaft and an outer input shaft that are connected to a first clutch and a second clutch respectively. A first layshaft and a second layshaft of the DCT are spaced apart and arranged in parallel to the input shafts. Gearwheels of the DCT are arranged on the first layshaft, on the second layshaft, on the inner input shaft and on the outer input shaft. The gearwheels include, but are not limited to seven gearwheel groups for providing seven sequentially increasing gears. Each of the gearwheel groups includes, but is not limited to a fixed gearwheel on one of the input shafts that meshes with an idler gearwheel on one of the layshafts. A fourth fixed gearwheel meshes with a fourth gear idler gearwheel and a sixth gear idler gearwheel. A third fixed gearwheel meshes with a third gear idler gearwheel and a fifth gear idler gearwheel.

  • Publication number: 20110146443
Abstract: A double-clutch transmission (DCT)includes, but is not limited to an inner input shaft inside an outer input shaft. Two clutches of the DCT are connected to the input shafts respectively. The DCT has three layshafts that are parallel to the input shafts. One or more pinions are fixed onto the layshafts respectively. Seven forward gearwheel groups and one reverse gearwheel group of the DCT are arranged on the shafts. Each one of the gearwheel groups comprises a fixed gearwheel on one of the input shafts, meshing with an idler gearwheel on one of the layshafts. In particular, a third fixed gearwheel meshes with a third idler gearwheel and a fifth idler gearwheel. Especially, the DCT includes, but is not limited to a park-lock.

  • Publication number: 20110138944
Abstract: A double-clutch transmission (DCT) includes, but is not limited to two input shafts that are connected to two clutches separately. Three layshafts of the DCT are spaced apart from the input shafts in parallel. One or more of the layshafts includes, but are not limited to a pinion. Gearwheels of eight gearwheel groups are arranged on the shafts for providing seven sequentially increasing forward gears and one reverse gear. Each one of the gearwheel groups comprises a fixed gearwheel on one of the input shaft, meshing with an idler gearwheel on one of the layshafts. A third fixed gearwheel meshes with a third gear idler gearwheel and a fifth gear idler gearwheel. Especially, a fourth fixed gearwheel meshes with a fourth gear idler gearwheel and a sixth gear idler gearwheel.
