Abstract: The invention relates to a device for installing traction batteries underneath a cab of a cab-over-engine vehicle. A base portion defines a space into which a portion of a traction battery pack is receivable by lowering the traction battery pack into said space. Front and rear securing element are connected to the base portion for securing the base portion to front and rear bushings, respectively, of the vehicle. At least one of the securing elements comprises a first securing portion for connecting that securing element to one of said bushings, respectively, and a second securing portion projecting upwardly from the base portion for connecting that securing element to the traction battery pack when the traction battery pack has been received in said space.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a method in a CDMA-based communication system for power allocation and control of the downlink channels of a base station having a fixed maximum permitted downlink power level. The method includes the steps of estimating the total needed downlink power for a subsequent time interval and, if necessary, restricting the downlink power for selected subsets of user equipments by means of rejecting their requests for a downlink power increase. Admission and congestion control is done by means of analyzing and evaluating the number of rejected power requests from said user equipments.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a method of blocking undesired traffic in data communication systems that uses packet switching. Blocking is effected by determining the sender address of incoming data packets, and then comparing this address with a list of reliable addresses. The data packet is erased immediately, if the sender addresss is not included in the list. The list of accepted addresses can be created in several wayoi among others by including in the list addresses to which the user has himself sent data, these addresses therefore being considered reliable addresses. Addresses of friends and acquaintances can also be inserted in the list manually. The invetion thus enables undesired data from unreliable senders to be avoided. Such data loading limited resources, such as wireless internet connections for example. Neither is there any risk of the receiver being required to pay for information that he himself has not requested.

Abstract: A method and arrangement for testing circuit boards (60) by creating one or several reference patterns to be compared with a test pattern. The arrangement is provided with at least one measuring probe (50), which cooperates with the circuit board (60), for measuring at least one reference signal or test signal on a reference circuit board and a test circuit board (60) respectively. Further, the arrangement is provided with an analyzer (10,30), which cooperates with the measuring probe (50), to pass on the reference signal or the test signal, whereby the analyzer (10,30) first analyzes the reference signal or the test signal at one frequency and then transforms the reference signal or the test signal to a reference pattern and test pattern respectively. Furthermore, the arrangement is provided with at least one memory (20) which cooperates with said analyzer (10,30) to register said reference pattern or test pattern.
