The first arc tube member (3) is arranged closer to the top part (17) than the second arc tube member (5), and the second end (19) of the first arc tube member (3) and the first end (15) of the second arc tube member (5) adjoin an imaginary plane (P) defined substantially transversely to the center line (CL) of the outer casing (7), which center line extends from the top part (17) to the base part (11).
