    Abstract: A water fowl decoy comprised of a head, body, and a propulsion means in the body. The decoy body bottom has a keel and a rudder attached to the keel. The rudder length does not exceed 30% of the overall length of the decoy and the rudders height being approximately equal to its length and having a convex curvature. The rudder is located below the center of gravity of the decoy. The decoy has a tether line and weight for allowing the decoy to produce a random motion when the propeller is activated.
