  • Publication number: 20070175668
Abstract: An apparatus is provided for the drilling of a borehole and its simultaneous lining with cement or the like by the same apparatus. The apparatus comprises a combination spray bead and reamer head, a means to drive the reamer head through a borehole and a means for delivering cement to the spray head. Cement is fed to a rotatable spray disc or arms of the spray head, which is arranged to distribute the cement substantially evenly over the internal surface of the borehole created by the reamer head. The apparatus uses lined drill rods, as well as a lined reamer core with a double walled plastic tube. An air transfer assembly is used to connect an internal air source to an air passage contained in the plastic tube, such that the external air source remains stationary during rotation of the lined drill rods and attached reamer and spray beads.

  • Publication number: 20070028557
Abstract: To form a new structurally suspended slab or to raise an existing slab for a structural foundation, structural supports are placed in the ground. The structural supports are attached to lifting assemblies, which are also installed in the slab. Actuation of the lifting assembly allows the slab to be raised and/or lowered, thereby forming a suspended slab over a void of a desired size. Existing slabs may be repaired using similar techniques.

Abstract: A message-forwarding mobility management (e.g. home location register) component includes a forwarding logic component adapted to receive a message and operates to determine whether to process or forward the message from the subscriber or user identification information in the message. The message may be a TCAP message and the forwarding logic component may include a look-up table containing a plurality of records, each record defining a rule of whether to forward or process corresponding received messages. The subscriber or user identification information in the message may one or both of an IMSI identifier and a MSISDN identifier.

  • Publication number: 20050215340
Abstract: An instrumented golf club system and methods are disclosed. A variety of golf swing parameters are measured by the instrumented golf club and wirelessly transmitted to a portable computer device. The portable computer device generates a user interface that displays the golf swing parameters against preferred golf swing parameters. The instrumented golf club system allows a golfer to receive feedback in real time while playing golf.

  • Patent number: 6896507
Abstract: A mold is provided for use with a wheel-type blow mold machine, the mold being one of a plurality of molds for locating in a circular pattern on a wheel of the blow-mold machine and having a longitudinal direction for aligning tangentially with a circumferential direction of the mold wheel and a transverse direction perpendicular to the longitudinal direction. The mold has a first part and a second part. The first part has a first molding portion with a longitudinal end in the longitudinal direction of the mold and a first end portion adjoining the first molding portion at the longitudinal end of the first molding portion and having a free edge opposite the first molding portion, the free edge being non-parallel to the longitudinal direction and the transverse direction. The first part also has an outer cooling circuit located in the first end portion, and an inner cooling circuit located in the first end portion at a different location in the transverse direction than the outer cooling circuit.

  • Publication number: 20040217522
Abstract: A method is provided for forming a parison for use with a blow mold machine for producing blow molded containers. The method includes supplying exclusively a first material from a first extruder to an extrusion head, the first material being for forming a portion of the parison, and supplying a second material from a second extruder to the extrusion head, the second material being for forming a portion of the parison. The method also includes forming the parison in the extrusion head, the parison having a tubular shape with an outer layer of the first material, a middle layer of the second material and an inner layer of the first material. The first material has a lower tendency to adhere to parts of the blow mold machine than does the second material.

  • Patent number: 5822232
Abstract: A computer implemented method for box filtering an array of data. The method includes a first step of filtering the rows of an array. The rows are in packed data sequences, each sequence having a plurality of packed data elements. Each row is filtered by generating copies of the row, aligning the copies, and generating a sum of the copies. The sum is generated by simultaneously adding corresponding packed elements of two rows in response to executing a first instruction. The columns of the array are filtered by sequentially adding, in response to executing the first instruction, filtered rows to a preceding and succeeding filtered row.

  • Patent number: 3989855
Abstract: Grits and like proteinaceous material in a form suitable for quick cooking and possessing a good texture and taste which is comparable to ordinary cooked grits and proteinaceous material is produced by fully gelatinizing the material with water and subsequently freezing the gelatinized material at a controlled rate. The gelatinized material is allowed to thaw and excess water is separated by a means for squeezing. The material is then dried to a final moisture content of less than 10% yielding a product which may be readily consumed without cooking in a minimum amount of time. The final product possesses good re-hydration qualities.
