Abstract: A system and method for facilitating the ordering of goods and services by a user consisting of a system database for storing data received from a user and one or more service providers. The data is associated with one or more orders for goods and services submitted by said user and goods and services provided by one or more qualified service providers. Interfaces are provided for receiving and communicating the one or more orders from the user to the one or more qualified service providers. The system and method includes at least one module connected to the system database and the one or more interfaces to analyze the orders and to identify and rank at least one qualified service provider for fulfilling the one or more orders for the user.
