Abstract: A wood decorative material coated with resin composite film, comprising a laminate of, arranged in the following order, a wood substrate; a heat bonding layer (A) formed from a heat bonding resin composition comprising 100 parts by weight of a thermoplastic resin (a-1) and 0.001 to 80 parts by weight of a tackifier resin (a-2), the above heat bonding resin composition having a melting point or softening temperature of 170° C. or below and exhibiting a melt flow rate (MFR) at 190° C. of 1 to 500 g/10 min; and a mar-proof surface layer (B). Not only can beautiful appearance be obtained while retaining natural texture without the application of lacquer but also surface protection and bending working properties are improved.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a matt film comprising a paper and a poly-4-methyl-1-pentene film laminated at least one side of the paper, wherein said poly-4-methyl-1-pentene film has an average surface roughness R.sub.a in the range of 0.5 to 10 .mu.m.The matt film is suitably applicable to the preparation of cladding panels for multi-layer printed circuit boards.

Abstract: A laminated structure composed of a substrate web and a thermoplastic resin web extrusion-coated thereon, which is substantially free from an offensive odor, is produced by extrusion-coating the thermoplastic resin web in the molten state through a T-die on the substrate while applying an oxidizing gas to one surface of the as-extruded molten web of the thermoplastic resin and an inert gas to its other surface in a specified space.
