  • Publication number: 20180127183
Abstract: An apparatus is improved to successively make plastic bags each of which includes an end surface provided with a spout, by employing the general feeding way of panel material, to be simple in structure, low in cost, high in speed and to make it possible to successively make the plastic bags two by two. A first folded portion is formed in a first web of panel material 1. An aperture is formed in a second web of panel material 2. A spout is inserted into the aperture, the spout and the second web of panel material 2 being heat sealed with each other. The second web of panel material 2 is guided by a guide device 18 to be folded after being heat sealed so that a second folded portion should be formed in the second web of panel material. The spout is turned over by the second folded portion. The second folded portion and the first folded portion are heat sealed with each other while the second folded portion and the second web of panel material 2 are heat sealed with each other about the spout.

  • Publication number: 20180104923
Abstract: In an apparatus and method for successively making plastic bags, webs of first and second panel materials are superposed and fed longitudinally. A plastic film is slit to form longitudinal slit lines so as to be divided into the web of the first panel material and a plurality of webs of a bottom gusset material before the webs of the first and second panel materials are superposed. Then, the webs of the bottom gusset material are guided and supplied to the webs of the first or second panel material by bottom gusset material guide devices. The bottom gusset material is not supplied from another supply roll, and a pattern discrepancy is not caused.

  • Publication number: 20180056619
Abstract: An apparatus successively makes plastic bags each of which includes an end surface provided with a protrusion, without specially supplying a web of bottom gusset material. A first web of panel material is folded along a first folded line at a position adjacent to a side edge of the first web, while a second web of panel material is folded along a second folded line at a position adjacent to a corresponding side edge of the second web. A first folded portion is formed in the first web. There exists a distance between the side edge and the first folded line, which is larger than twice a distance between the corresponding side edge and the second folded line by a predetermined distance, after being folded. The end surface is formed by the first folded portion, the protrusion being formed by the predetermined distance.

  • Publication number: 20170173913
Abstract: In order to successively make plastic bags each of which includes panel portions, side gusset portions and a zipper portion, a web of panel material 9 is folded and folded back along longitudinal folded lines 14, 15 and 16 and longitudinal folded back lines 17 and 18 into superposed two layers having opposite side edges at each of which a folded portion is formed. The web of panel material 9 is slit along the longitudinal folded line 16 into two divided parts after being folded and folded back. The divided parts are separated and spaced from each other. In addition, the folded portions are split at positions into sprit portions and removed at the positions partially, a body of zipper material being disposed between the sprit portions.

  • Patent number: 9604426
Abstract: Upon cutting a corner of a plastic bag, the cut-out portion is prevented from attaching to the plastic bag. A plastic film (1) is trimmed by a trimming cutter (7) to form a selvage (8). Every time that the plastic film (1) is intermittently fed, the trimming cutter (7) is moved by a trimming cutter moving mechanism, so that a corner of the plastic bag is cut by the trimming cutter (7) and the cut-out portion (11) is continued from the selvage (8).

  • Publication number: 20170008244
Abstract: In an apparatus for mounting a spout 1 on a plastic film 2 fed longitudinally thereof and intermittently, the plastic film 2 is punched by a punch blade 6. An aperture is therefore formed in the plastic film 2. A carriage 8 is moved for a distance L corresponding to a space between the punch blade 6 and a seal head 9 and between a punch receiver 7 and a seal receiver 10. A spout 1 is inserted into the aperture. The spout 2 and the plastic film 2. are heat sealed with each other by the seal head 9.

  • Patent number: 9403315
Abstract: A plastic film is drawn by a method different from a conventional one. The plastic film is intermittently fed in the longitudinal direction. A drawing member and a support base are installed in a plastic film feeding path, oppositely to each other, on both sides of the plastic film in the thickness direction. When the plastic film is temporarily stopped, the drawing member advances toward the support base between the lateral both side edges of the plastic film and is pressed against the plastic film and the support base to draw the plastic film in the longitudinal direction. Then, the drawing member retreats from the support base, and is separated from the plastic film.

  • Publication number: 20160176553
Abstract: The apparatus includes a clamp lever 3 by which sheet products 1 are clamped near one edges thereof after being stacked. The clamp lever 3 is rotated at an angle of 180° so that the sheet products 1 are swung and turned over by the clamp lever 3. The apparatus further includes a horizontal member 13 by which the sheet products 1 are received and supported, a press bar 14 being pressed against the sheet products 1 and then moved along the sheet products 1. The sheet products 1 are therefore pushed and smoothed out by the press bar 14. The sheet products 1 are wrapped with a wrapper 17 after being smoothed out.
