  • Patent number: 7325557
Abstract: A paint roller includes a spindle adapted to hold a rotatable cylindrical paint pad, and an arm connecting the spindle to a handle. A semi-cylindrical cover curves about the roller's spindle. A liquid manifold is integral with the cover to deliver a curtain of liquid to the paint roller for washing the cylindrical pad. The liquid manifold is made up of a tubular section having a hollow interior, a closed lower end and an open upper end adapted for attachment to a hose, the section including a plurality of spaced, longitudinally aligned holes in communication with the interior, whereby liquid is capable of flowing from the tubular section upper end through the hollow interior for discharge through the holes. An adapter plate for adapting the paint roller cover, to cover all types of rollers including different length spindles or roller cages, is slidably attachable to the cover outer surface.

  • Patent number: 6202368
Abstract: A post system for use in installing fence posts, mailbox posts, and the like that includes a ground anchor having a tubular member with a circular cross-section of uniform diameter along its length, and a longitudinal axis, the tubular member having a lower end with a peripherally extending auger blade, and an upper end; and a post having first and second ends, and a bore extending into the post from one of the post ends, the tubular member upper end being insertable into the post bore. The lower end of the ground anchor is screwed into the ground, and a length of the tubular member approximately equal to the length of the bore is left exposed above ground level. The post is then telescoped onto the above-ground part of the tubular member by inserting the exposed part of the tubular member into the post bore. The ground anchor may be used alone as a post, and the post system, or ground anchor alone, may also be employed as a ground anchor for modular homes.

  • Patent number: 6099074
Abstract: A table and bench assembly moveable between a folded position and an unfolded position that includes a table top; a bench subassembly with first and second parallel benches supported on first and second parallel bracing members; two leg subassemblies mounted at one end of the table top and two leg subassemblies mounted at the other end of the table top. Each leg assembly includes a mounting member attached to the lower surface of the table top, a leg having an inner end rotatably attached to one end of the mounting member and rotatable between folded and open positions. The legs are held in position, at least in part, by frictional engagement, at least when the legs are in their open position.

Each leg assembly includes a mounting member attached to the lower surface of the table top, a leg having an inner end rotatably attached to one end of the mounting member and freely rotatable between folded and open positions. Each leg assembly includes a locking member actuated when the leg reaches the open position to lock the leg in the open position.
