  • Publication number: 20230334335
Abstract: A method and system for generating programs, the method comprising generating a first population of candidate programs based on at least one of existing solution programs or knowledge data, testing the candidate programs for suitability based on a fitness function, calculating and assigning fitness scores to the candidate programs, determining whether a terminating condition has been satisfied based on fitness scores of the candidate programs, selecting one or more of the candidate programs based on fitness scores of the one or more of the candidate programs, applying at least one genetic operator to the selected candidate programs to create a second population of candidate programs, determining plateauing of program fitness progress based on at least the first population of candidate programs and the second population of candidate programs, producing an extinction of candidate programs, and generating a new breeding pool.

  • Patent number: 11093619
Abstract: A compliance of a system is managed. Internal parameters of the system are received. One or more compliance control documents that relate to the system are identified. Each compliance control document is decomposed into one or more auditable units. Auditable units that are relevant to the system, are identified. Relevant auditable units are mapped to a corresponding available executable code. Each mapped executable code is executed. A risk associated with each relevant auditable unit that is deemed to be not compliant is identified. For each compliance control document, a compliance risk is calculated based on the identified risk. A report of compliance risk for each document is created to be displayed on a user interface of a computing device.

  • Publication number: 20110030307
Abstract: The present disclosure is directed to a containerization support structure for use in metal cutting including a flooring structure and a plurality of concrete composite structural bars positioned within the flooring structure. In another aspect of the present disclosure, a method of implementing a reusable containerization system for collecting metal by-product during a metal cutting operation includes the steps of positioning concrete composite structural bars within a flooring structure, where the flooring structure includes a plurality of longitudinally extending metal carriers positioned to house the bars; performing a metal cutting operation; collecting the metal by-product on the concrete composite structural bars; removing the bars; cleaning metal by-product from the bars; and returning the concrete composite structural bars to the metal carriers.

  • Publication number: 20030169863
Abstract: The invention relates to a usage tracking and billing system that includes a hierarchy system made up of hierarchies containing entities representing the accountables, services, and service locations associated with usage data. In an example embodiment, the hierarchies are: (1) Organizational Hierarchy representing service users, service providers, and billed and billing parties, (2) Service Hierarchy representing services, and (3) Location Hierarchy representing the locations where services are used or provided. The hierarchies allow for correlation of service usage among the user(s), the service being used, and the location of where the services were consumed as well as provided. The end user may set the desired organizational structure, specify the locations (grouped by continent, etc. within a multinational organization), and provide an application view of what service usage is to be billed for and at what rate for the various groups and locations within the organization.

  • Publication number: 20030065529
Abstract: The invention includes a method and a computer-readable medium having computer-executable instructions for creating a content transaction system for a network billing system. The inventive method includes providing a user interface that identifies one or more business domain objects for the transacting of data over a network. The inventive method receives a selection of one or more business domain objects and a configuration of the selected business domain objects based on a customer's desired data analysis process for a network billing system. The inventive method then processes the data as a function of the configuration. The user may make the desired selections and configurations via a computer network, like a wide area network, a local area network, and/or the Internet. Also, the computer network may be a private network dedicated to an organization and/or a service provider network. The user interface may be a graphical user interface.
