Abstract: A parts washing machine is provided for cleaning and degreasing, e.g., automotive parts which includes a tray rotatably mounted within an enclosure. A drive mechanism is provided for rotating the tray which includes a drive member such as a gear which is mounted on a pivot arm for operative engagement with the tray. By positioning the drive axis of the drive member more proximate to the circumferential wall of the tray than the pivot axis, the drive member remains in engagement with little or no additional force required to maintain a driving relationship between the drive member and the tray.
