    Abstract: The light emitting diode packaging structure includes a flexible substrate, micro light emitting elements disposed on the flexible substrate, a conductive pad, a redistribution layer, and an electrode pad. The micro light emitting elements have a first surface facing to the flexible substrate and a second surface opposite to the first surface. The micro light emitting elements include a red micro light emitting element, a blue micro light emitting element, and a green micro light emitting element. The conductive pad is disposed on the second surface of the micro light emitting elements. The redistribution layer covers the micro light emitting elements and the conductive pad. The redistribution layer includes an insulating layer and a circuit layer embedded in the insulating layer. The circuit layer is electrically connected to the conductive pad. The electrode pad is disposed on the redistribution layer and is electrically connected to the circuit layer.

    Abstract: The column member for an elevating device has a body, a channel, an opening and an internal thread. The channel is formed through the body. The opening is formed in a front surface of the body and is in communication with the channel. The width of the opening is shorter than the diameter of the channel. The internal thread is formed on an inner surface of the channel. A rotating member is located in the channel and meshes the internal thread of the channel. The diameter of the rotating member is longer than the width of the opening to prevent the rotating member from coming off the column member via the opening. The column member easily holds the rotating member without any sliding elements, and the combination of the column member and the rotating member is safe.

    Abstract: A rotating member has a body, an axle and multiple balls. The body has an outer surface, a spiral groove and a communicating channel. The spiral groove is defined in the outer surface of the body. The communicating channel is defined in the body and communicates with the spiral groove to form at least one recycling path in the body. The axle extends through the body. The balls are mounted in the spiral groove and are moveable along the at least one recycling path. Accordingly, the smoothness of the movement of the rotating member is improved.
