  • Patent number: 7361416
Abstract: A donor film for a flat panel display and a method of fabricating an Organic Light Emitting Device using the same. The donor film for the flat panel display has a base film, a Light-To-Heat Conversion layer disposed on the base film, a transfer layer disposed on the Light-To-Heat Conversion layer, and a buffer layer interposed between the Light-To-Heat Conversion layer and the transfer layer, wherein the buffer layer includes a material whose glass transition temperature (Tg) is lower than 25° C. The donor film for the flat panel display interposes the buffer layer between the Light-To-Heat Conversion layer of the donor substrate and the transfer layer, thereby improving the adhesion between the transfer layer and the donor substrate. Therefore, the organic layer pattern formed on an acceptor substrate by transferring the transfer layer using the donor film does not include any defect.

  • Publication number: 20050095738
Abstract: An organic EL display device includes first and second electrodes with a light-emitting layer interposed therebetween and an organic soluble derivative layer arranged between the first electrode and the light-emitting layer, wherein the organic soluble derivative layer prevents impurities from being diffused to the light-emitting layer.
