A seal member is fitted in the recess of the mount and has an air film and a liquid film. The air film and the liquid film are located corresponding to the air passage and the liquid passage. A flexible hose is connected to the liquid passage of the mount. The air film and the liquid film are broken by air pressure and liquid pressure when in use, so that the liquid completely flows into the tire to seal the leak of the tire.

The positioning base and the positioning plate have their outer walls fixed with insertion blocks. The shaft has a forcing block fitted in the positioning base. With the rotating knob turned rightward or leftward, the forcing block can be eccentrically whirled to push the positioning base to move aside in the chamber to keep one passage sealed and the other passage unsealed, so air can inflate a tire or pump tire sealant into the tire.

The valve base has at least two connect tubes, with a guide tube connected to each of the connect tubes. The button can be turned to rotate the valve base together with the valve body, so the vent hole of the valve body can be aligned to the air hole of either of the two connect tubes. If the air compressor operates, compresses air may flow in the valve body via the air hole into the guide tube via the vent hole of the connect tubes, and finally into an object. In this way, interchanging the position of the vent hole of the valve body enables the change valve connected to objects having different air valves.

    Abstract: A pumping valve with a safety leaking device includes a main body and a leaking valve. The main body has an inlet tube formed vertical on its outer wall, which is bored with an air passage to communicate with the main body. The leaking valve is formed on the main body, having a valve base with male threads and a chamber bored with a through hole. A blocker base containing a blocker in its one end is inserted in the chamber. A compression spring is inserted in the chamber, too. A valve cover is covered on the valve base, having female threads formed inside it and a leaking vent bored at its outer end. When the air pumped in an object has a pressure larger than that preset, the pumping device automatically leaks air out from the leaking vent, achieving safety pumping.
