A computer system can record inbound and outbound transactions and monitor for the occurrence of an error. Upon detection of an error, transactional data associated with the error can be copied to a container. The relevant transactions and user sessions can be run in the container on debug firmware and rich troubleshooting data can be collected from the execution. If the same error occurs again during this simulated execution, then the troubleshooting data that was collected, as well a product key, can be encrypted and included in an error report. The container can then be deleted from the appliance.
