Abstract: The invention relates to an improved method for applying hair colorant which will result in less pollution of the environment and save the user money. A hair colorant packaging system for home use, capable of separately housing two hair colorant solutions in smaller containers which the user can prepare prior to use on the hair—without preparing too much, thus wasting the product. Because of the smaller packages, the user is capable of preparing just the right amount needed.

Abstract: A lipstick mechanism including an internal bed that springs up when opened and retracts when closed, containing a lipstick composition on individual applicators that are disposable after use. Lipstick is for aesthetic purposes and this improved invention is better because it prevents the spread of germs.

Abstract: The invention as disclosed herein provides a ventilating umbrella that protects against sun. In particular, the umbrella contains a trunk with a multi-layered canopy. The canopy contains a plurality of leaf garlands made of synthetic leaves; and a plurality of splines, each of the splines having a distal end, a middle end, and a hinged end. The hinged end is attached to the trunk, and the distal end, middle end or both are attached to the leaf garland.

Abstract: A non-glue based moisturizing device for moistening surfaces that are pre-coated with a dry adhesive. The moisturizing device of this improved invention includes a body that is flat on four sides that stores an aqueous solution, a roller tip capable of dispensing a measured amount of aqueous solution to the pre-coated adhesive surface of the object without the need of licking the object with the tongue. It has a cap that snaps on to protect the tip and prevent leakage when not in use. The aqueous solution contains water as the major constituent, does not contain colorants, and has a viscosity greater than water.

Abstract: A process for manufacture of an improved cotton swab product for use in personal hygiene, application or removal of cosmetics, or application of medication. Cotton swabs today are sold in packages containing hundreds of individual swabs that can come into contact with germs once the package is opened. This improved invention will prevent contamination of the swabs because they will be individually wrapped. Further, this improved invention will contain a saline solution sprayed into each cotton tip of the swab during the processing stage which will allow the user to clean their ears or other body parts much easier than using just a dry cotton swab. Dry swabs do not properly clean the ears and with this improved invention of a pre-moistened swab, personal hygiene will be much easier and more thorough.

With the advancements in software language structure, anyone skilled in the field of computer programming was developing new software. This improved invention will allow the user to save time by performing an everyday task in the world of business; faxing media, only this invention will improve the efficiency by how its done. It will allow the user to fax directly from their computer to a fax machine instead of having to print copies of documents and media from their computer, get up and go to another machine to fax them and then after faxing the documents—you end up having to scan them back into your computer for record purposes. By using this software program, the user will easily distinguish the fax number from the phone number on the same document.

In the process, an aqueous dispersion of the papermaking fibers is formed into an embryonic web on a first foraminous member such as a Fourdinier wire. This embryonic web is associated with a second foraminous member known as a deflection member. The surface of the deflection member with which the embryonic web is associated has a macroscopic monoplanar, continuous, patterned network surface which defines within the deflection member a plurality of discrete, isolated deflection conduits. The papermaking fibers in the web are deflected into the deflection conduits and water is removed through the deflection conduits to form an intermediate web. Deflection begins no later than the time water removal through the deflection member begins. The intermediate web is dried and foreshortened as dispersed throughout the whole of the network region.
