Abstract: A top-opening substrate carrier comprises a container body, a door member and at least one latching mechanism. The latching mechanism includes a rotary drive member, a first driven cam, a second driven cam, a first connecting rod, a second connecting rod, two longitudinal latching arms and two lateral latching arms. The first driven cam and the second driven cam are disposed at two sides of the rotary drive member. When the rotary drive member is rotated by force, it links and activates the first connecting rod and the second connecting rod to synchronously drive the first driven cam and the second driven cam to rotate, thereby driving the two longitudinal latching arms and the two lateral latching arms to project towards locking holes of the container body and locked, or retract from the locking holes of the container body and unlocked.

Abstract: An integrated circuit (IC) structure includes a substrate having several regions, several semiconductor devices formed at the substrate and respectively within the regions, and an ultra-deep (UD) trench isolation structure formed in the substrate. The substrate has a top surface and a bottom surface oppositely, and the UD trench isolation structure formed in the substrate surrounds peripheries of each of the regions for structurally and physically isolating the semiconductor devices within different regions. The UD trench isolation structure penetrates the substrate by extending from the top surface of the substrate to the bottom surface of the substrate.

Abstract: A pizza cutter has a cover, a handle and a circular blade. The handle is pivotally attached to the cover, and the circular blade is rotatably mounted inside the cover. The circular blade can be covered between the handle and the cover for storage. When the circular blade is dull, the circular blade can be replaced without discarding the whole pizza cutter. Further, because the circular blade can be completely enclosed by the cover and the handle, the circular blade will not injure a person when the pizza cutter is stored.

Abstract: A grater according to the present invention has a frame and a blade attached to the frame. The frame has a handle extended from a short side of the frame. A recess is defined in an inner part of the hollow of the frame near the handle such that the blade can be removed easily from the frame. The blade has a contiguous side wall extending downward and the side wall mates with an opening defined in the frame. As the grater has changeable blades, it is possible to deal with various vegetables and fruits by selection of the suitable blade, whereby effectiveness and convenience in using the grater are achieved.
