Abstract: Leg-swinging exerciser including a foot rest body and a rolling unit. A middle portion of the foot rest body is pivotally supported on the rolling unit. Two ends of the foot rest body are formed with foot rest sections on which a user's feet are rested. When the user's feet exert a transverse pushing force onto the foot rest body, the rolling unit is transversely reciprocally rolled so as to swing and exercise the waist and feet of the user together.

Abstract: An abdomen fitness apparatus including a frame bar, a slide slidably mounted around the frame bar and having a longitudinal coupling hole and a transverse coupling hole, a bearing plate pivoted to the frame bar at one end and adapted for supporting on the user's body, a tubular end cap fixed to the frame bar at an opposite end, a connecting tube fastened to the transverse coupling hole of the slide; a plurality of elastic rubber bands connected between curved pegs at the tubular end cap and curved pegs at the slide, and two tubular handlebars respectively connected to two opposite ends of the connecting tube and adapted for pulling the connecting tube and the slide toward the bearing plate, and two spring-supported retainer rods mounted in a respective radial hole at two opposite ends of the connecting tube to position the handlebars in one of four equiangularly spaced angular positions respectively.

Abstract: A muscle exerciser including a base frame for placing on the table or the thigh, a lever pivotally connected to an axle holder on the base frame by a pivot axle, a ratchet wheel mounted around the pivot axle, an elastic member received inside the axle holder around pivot axle and having two opposite ends connected between the axle holder and the ratchet wheel, an adjusting knob for adjusting the tension of the elastic member, and a blocking means releasably meshed with the ratchet wheel permitting the elastic member to be compressed as the lever is pressed against the base frame, and a counter for counting the number of times that the lever has been continuously pressed.

Abstract: An exercising machine comprised of a triangular base frame having handles on the three sides thereof and plastic bottom sockets extended from the three angles thereof and supported on spring elements above vacuum mount incorporated stands, a rotating disk supported on the triangular base frame for allowing the player to twist the body while standing on it, wherein the inner diameter of the plastic sockets is equal to the outer diameter of the spring elements, and the stands have a respective top recessed hole in diameter equal to the outer diameter of the spring elements, so that the spring elements can be respectively fastened between the sockets and the stands without the use of tools or fastening elements.

Abstract: A gymnastic apparatus comprised of a rectangular base having a recessed seat, a rotating table fastened to the recessed seat for twisting the body and alternatively retained between a fixed position and a rotating position, an ergonomically engineered head rest fastened to the base at one end and adjusted to the desired angular position, collapsible stands fastened to the base at the four corners thereof by stand holders and alternatively locked between the operative vertical position and the non-operative horizontal position, and two ski poles fastened to two cross tubes at one end of the base by clamping devices and locknut devices and fixed in position according to the desired pitch between the ski poles.

Abstract: A fitness accessory includes a seat, a rotary table retained to the seat by a base plate, and a ball bearing retained between the seat and the rotary table, and a back plate detachable fastened to one side of the seat by dovetail joints. The seat has a pair of opposing hand grips when the appliance is used for push ups or sit ups. The rotary table has external raised portions for rubbing and kneading the feet when as the appliance is turned upside-down on the ground and stepped on. Elastic cords may be fastened to the base plate by plug members for pulling exercises.
