    Abstract: A top-opening substrate carrier comprises a container body, a door member and at least one latching mechanism. The latching mechanism includes a rotary drive member, a first driven cam, a second driven cam, a first connecting rod, a second connecting rod, two longitudinal latching arms and two lateral latching arms. The first driven cam and the second driven cam are disposed at two sides of the rotary drive member. When the rotary drive member is rotated by force, it links and activates the first connecting rod and the second connecting rod to synchronously drive the first driven cam and the second driven cam to rotate, thereby driving the two longitudinal latching arms and the two lateral latching arms to project towards locking holes of the container body and locked, or retract from the locking holes of the container body and unlocked.

    Abstract: A device for tapping within die comprising a power guide means, a transmission means and a tapping means in which the power guide means can transmit power from horizontal displacement of a rack via a gear train in the transmission means to drive a rotating spiral gear to rotate and consequently cause a tapping unit in the tapping means to rotate and displace axially upon action of a guide spiral sleeve and a resistance element, and to tap by overcoming frictional resistance of the resistance element that permits the guide spiral sleeve to rotate freely so that pitch can be adjusted automatically for tapping in different pitches.

    Abstract: An adjustable rolling cam slider which has a cam sliding block displacing vertically to link with a horizontal sliding block by two ball joints, and a link with a fixing block to get in touch with and drive the cam sliding block to displace downward, consequently cause the horizontal sliding block to slide horizontally upon lowering of the main shaft of the punching press. Steel balls are used between the sliding block and sliding rail of a sliding device for rolling of the horizontal sliding block, and two buffer reset devices are designed each with a spring which can have its degree of compression adjusted to adjust the acting angle between the cam sliding block and the horizontal sliding block for adjustment of acting force and stroke to form a cam slider which can convert vertical action of punching machine to horizontal action.
