  • Patent number: 11961770
Abstract: Some embodiments of the present disclosure relate to a processing tool. The tool includes a housing enclosing a processing chamber, and an input/output port configured to pass a wafer through the housing into and out of the processing chamber. A back-side macro-inspection system is arranged within the processing chamber and is configured to image a back side of the wafer. A front-side macro-inspection system is arranged within the processing chamber and is configured to image a front side of the wafer according to a first image resolution. A front-side micro-inspection system is arranged within the processing chamber and is configured to image the front side of the wafer according to a second image resolution which is higher than the first image resolution.

  • Publication number: 20240105121
Abstract: An electronic device includes a substrate, a first silicon transistor, a second silicon transistor and a first oxide semiconductor transistor. The first silicon transistor, the second silicon transistor and the first oxide semiconductor transistor are disposed on the substrate. The first silicon transistor has a first terminal electrically connected to a first voltage level, a second terminal and a control terminal. The second silicon transistor has a first terminal electrically connected to the second terminal of the first silicon transistor, a second terminal electrically connected to a second voltage level, and a control terminal electrically connected to the control terminal of the first silicon transistor. The first oxide semiconductor transistor has a first terminal electrically connected to the first terminal of the second silicon transistor. Wherein, a voltage value of the first voltage level is greater than a voltage value of the second voltage level.

  • Publication number: 20140086761
Abstract: A counter-rotating axial-flow fan device, which requires low power consumption and has an improved flow rate-static pressure characteristic, is provided at low cost. The counter-rotating axial-flow fan device includes a first axial-flow fan unit with first blades and a second axial-flow fan unit with second blades, which are connected in series. The first axial-flow fan unit includes a three-phase motor for rotating the first blades. The second axial-flow fan unit includes a single-phase motor for rotating the second blades. The first blades and the second blades rotate in a direction opposite to each other. In addition, the three-phase motor is driven by controlling the rotation speed thereof.

  • Patent number: 7481391
Abstract: The present invention is to provide an air shaft comprising a hollow cylinder and a plurality of curved members provided on an outer surface of the hollow cylinder and between both ends thereof, wherein the curved members are adapted to move radially relative to the hollow cylinder and are spaced each other with a gap formed between any two adjacent ones of the curved members. As such, no continuous straight gaps are formed on an outer surface of the hollow cylinder while pushing the curved members. By utilizing the present invention, a web material can be wound on the air shaft directly without the need of mounting a roll on an outer surface of the air shaft, thereby eliminating the drawbacks of the prior art air shaft.
