The magnetic core has a first magnetic material and a non-uniform filling section in connection; also, the magnetic core has a magnetic flux direction, for which the non-uniform filling section perpendicular to the magnetic flux direction contains at least two kinds of magnetic material. Comparing to a conventional uniform-filling magnetic core, the non-uniform filling section within the magnetic component of the magnetic core can provide higher initial inductance and better DC-bias characteristics; this improved magnetic component can provide higher inductance in specific mandatory loads, or less efficiency loss in a condition of the same inductance provided.
